Hi. I couldn’t give it 5 stars because I’ve not been doing it for very long , and don’t know how good it will
be as far as losing weight goes .However it’s so easy to do , I don’t het hungry , and the information we get is really good . I’m looking forward to trying the great recipes .Well done and thank you .

Great recipes and website however personal catching is a bit unfriendly and doesn't always answer your questions.

Some interesting recipes, especially the cold baked chicken recipes.
Not sure this will be the diet for me as I will have to give up my favourite meals and beverages that contain milk, cheese and rice.

I am slow to take off, but this is the most practical and helpful program I've seen. I appreciate the basic cooking guidance, long list of snack ideas, and meal planning for a full week. The reduced price prompted me to take advantage of it and I'm really glad I did.

You advertise as Australian which is a lie !!!!!!!! Aaron e-mailed me and said he was Australian but was mostly in U.S.A. market, he is falsely advertising, all his recipes are American, measurements, ingredients etc......, and I have had nothing but endless unsolicited e-mails and adverts from countless keto companies and associated firms with keto so I want nothing to do with them or their associates !!! Good enough for you ??!!
