I've used FD plumbing a few times now for boiler service, boiler repair and new heating control. I find them reliable, efficient and reasonably priced. Would recommend.

Great service from start to finish, communication was on point at every stage. From quoting, booking the job, to reminders, to how many minutes they were from arriving. The engineer kept me informed throughout on what he was doing and why so felt part of the decision! Would recommend to anyone that needs a professional and friendly service that has joined the 21st century - will use again

Responded to a problem with our hot water with a visit within a day, quickly diagnosed the problem and efficiently fixed it.

I am happy to recommend FD Plumbing. Joanna is extremely efficient and answers all queries rapidly. She is a a pleasure to deal with. Simon the plumber did an excellent installation and left my kitchen clean and tidy.

Yes, I wrote that, however since writing the 1st review, Fabio has been in contact, and it turns out to be a complete misunderstanding. The plumber in question was horrified, (it was not Fabio and the plumber in question, will remain nameless). Turns out, he was pre-empting changing the bath tap and photographing the pipe work under the bath, not routing around my bathroom.

Fabio and I are working together to resolve the other issue: my Valliant boiler has had a good life at 21 years old and needs to retire.

I’ve been using Fabio’s company for over 10 years and will carry on doing so.

Tenant reported no hot water from 3 year old cylinder, on a Sunday morning. Landlord's nightmare. Emailed FD same day and called them on Monday morning. Fabio arranged for his engineers to go round earliest possible slot they had the following day. Engineer attended, reported a part had failed and they needed to source a new one. Said yes; within an hour it had arrived. Job done - happy tenant. Thanks guys.

This company deserves a high recommendation for their fast and efficient response to an emergency.
Dymitry attended the next day to my boiler failure and installed a new boiler within a week.
Open and honest pricing at a reasonable cost, very satisfying!

Just to share our experience. We asked for a quote on the 5 Oct. We did a video call with Fabio on 6 Oct. We then heard nothing, so I called on 18 Oct to enquire. Today is 22 Oct and we still have not had a quote. Needless to say I wont be using their service.

We had Dimitri attend to our radiator valve. He was prompt on time, polite and helpful. Showed us what was wrong and easy tips to try to troubleshoot if similar problems happen again. Would highly recommend this company and will contact again for any future plumbing issues.

Very efficient response. Got an Appointment quickly and the engineer spent time investigating and remedying the problem explaining everything very thoroughly.

The whole booking process was really smooth and efficient. We had to change our appointment and also to add a couple of jobs, Joanne handled this very well.
Dmitriy turned up within the time quoted and was friendly, polite and very can do in his approach. Everything was done to a high standard at a very fair rate.
We will definitely use FD from now on.

The FD Plumbing and Heating plumber was excellent; very professional and helpful with any questions asked. He did a great job on both occasions when he did work for us. Very happy with all work carried out and cost of work. Would definitely use again.
