My mum was over the moon today with her appointment for a Will. Shane rang her on time and really put my mum at ease as she was very nervous. He spoke clearly and even joked with her about her northern roots. I was very apprehensive due to not being able to be in the room with my mum but she was put at ease and she said it was a very easy application. Thank you

Great communication and help from start to finish

Fidelis made the whole process of setting up my will and LPA far easier than I expected. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions without jargon, and made sure I understood each step before moving forward. Professional, straightforward, and easy to deal with.

He gave a presentation of recommendations to deal with our specific family circumstances which was easy to follow and understand covering our wills, Powers of Attorney, and setting up family trust to ensure asset protection with the aim of minimising our executor‘s obligations and advance payments to secure probate.
Documentation was left for review after our meeting.

We were kept upto date on all developments by Kimberley, who was courteous and informative at all times.

What I thought was a complex situation and difficult to explain and in turn find a suitable solution was made ever so easy by the Team at Fidelis. Me and my loved ones are so happy that everything is taken care of and when I do leave this planet that all my wishes will be implemented.

To be fair what I thought would be a very complex process was made so easy bu the interactions with Fidelis. I would highly recommend.

A positive experience.
When my brother passed he left his affairs in a bad state, I didn’t know where to start. I found Fidelis through the internet, they were very good from the start and just took it all off me and got on with it. It took over 3 years but that’s because they had to register his property and remove his late wife off it to name some of the issues. Overall their charges seemed really reasonable for what they did.
Overall I cannot praise them enough.

Very easy to set up and convenient to be able to do it over the phone. I needed my will quickly as i was going into hospital for a major operation. I had to use the fast track service which i thought was slightly expensive. I had a follow up call from a lady called Janey who was very helpful and polite. Over all i am happy with the service provided and would recommend to others
