The staff and management team hold a variety of specialist qualifications and recognisable positions within the legal services profession; STEP Qualified Practitioners, LLB Law Degree Graduates, FCILEx Chartered Legal Executives, CLC Licensed Conveyancers and Probate Practitioners, Court of Protection Specialist Paralegals, and Commissioners for Oaths. We are also one of the first 100 recognised members of the STEP Employer Partnership Programme. We hold a £5M professional indemnity policy for our clients' protection.
It is our vision that all aspects of Estate Planning; Wills, Trusts, LPAs, and Estate Administration / Probate Services, should be available and accessible for everyone. Many hard-working families are either unaware, or simply do not believe that they have an Estate worth protecting for their loved ones. We believe that it is these members of the public who should benefit most from the services we provide.
All our services are provided in-house, which allows us to provide a ‘one-stop-shop’ in Estate Planning, without outsourcing to any third party. Do not work with this company they are…
Do not work with this company they are awful. They are not transparent about their legal cost. They are all over the place, slow and do not follow up with the right information. We asked them to renounce working for us, which they finally did. We have new solicitors to do our mums probate and they did this in 3 months.

We are disappointed that you felt the need to post this review, especially as it in no way reflects the truth of the matter. Initially your mother named us as her executors in her will, alongside you and your sibling. You chose to have us manage your mother’s estate and arrange for the grant of probate as co-executor. Work which we began on your behalf, incurring fees.
Your sibling, who was not our client, put in a complaint during December which we fully addressed with you, as our client. However, for personal reasons, you requested that we renounce working on the case in January.
As we had already put in many hours work on your behalf, we invoiced you for the work we had completed for you in good faith. You refused to make this payment. Eventually, you agreed to a plan where you would pay 50% of the monies owed up front with the residue to be paid when all the documents we had prepared were passed on to your new solicitor. We sent these documents onto them at the start of February.
You then refused to pay the second 50% of monies owed, which was in direct contravention of our agreement. We were then forced into a situation where we had to consider legal action in order to reclaim the funds owed to us.
Eventually your solicitor contacted us in April to advise us that you have re-instructed them to pay the amount owing, information we received on the day this review was posted.
We believe you review is inaccurate and respectfully request that you take it down.

Lauren as promised telephoned me at the time agreed and guided me through the process effortlessly. As someone who is not particularly IT savvy she told me which particular pages to complete in a calm friendly and professional manner to put me at ease. Thank you Lauren

Poppy help me during the most difficult…
Poppy help me during the most difficult time of my life she was efficient caring and patient if she was not available to speak straight away she would always ring me back, nothing was never too much of a problem and if I was struggling with anything she would calmly talk me through it. I couldn't recommend Poppy and Fedelis Services highly enough.
