Kept me in touch all the way through as they were dealing with my business. Very friendly and helpful all the way through.

I used Fidelis for my brother's probate,the service and advice was excellent from the start,always keeping me updated, i would not hesitate to recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

Not always quick to carry thru' communication with customer but perhaps this is isolated incidences. Was surprised to find that Fidelis has been charging the monthly fee for the last year to "manage" our trust (from the date we first agreed a trust with them and yet it still hadn't been finalised up till a few months ago.) (I must point out tho' that some delays in communication had in part been down to myself as I had been in hospital for 2 separate operations during last year ) However, at times expected paperwork did not arrive when it should have. But as already said this may not be the usual practise of Fidelis and other customers may have found it a better experience than ourselves. The rep we finally met when signing paperwork was very pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. A very good representative for the firm.

Where very slow to implement my policies the girl who started my policy left then nothing happened until I rang up then they sent out a man who didn't know how to sign the documents. Then took an age to finish the signing by another agent then my partners will which was promised free still on going
