Placed an order - I’ve got a notification from Royal Mail that the seller advised them they’ve sent the order out, I then emailed them to see what’s going on, turns out the item was not in stock and didn’t even consider to give me a refund? Also the same item is still on the website and you can still buy it but it’s “out of stock” just seems spammy ngl

Don’t ever order from this company, trying to return an item is absolutely impossible they make you send an request to approve of a return which I did weeks before Christmas it’s now currently the 27th of January that was completed ignored.
there’s no contact from them at all and you can’t even ring them as the phone number they provide is never available trying to email them is no good either they don’t ever reply. As it stands I’ve sent my returned item back to the address two weeks ago as I was instructed from an automated bot when I did eventually get a reply and I’ve still got absolutely no communication from them at all.

Ordered 26th November, royal
Mail tracking reference received next day but its still showing as prepared shipment. No response on email or phone.
Ive disputed the payment 3 times with paypal but they keep refusing it because there is a tracking number but the goods have never actually been shipped.
Absolutely fuming, £143.99 down the drain.
Avoid this company at all costs. Wish id have read the other reviews before purchasing!
Absolutely disgusting service

Great product and company

Don't waste your time and buy from them, you pay for delivery no matter what it says on there web site within 2 working days . They will generate you a tracking number but won't post your goods out till the following week, ull be waiting avoid this company. All a piss take really its hard work for them to get the goods to Royal mail on time. On the tracking site it will say shipped on the day you brought. Only till the goods get to Royal mail can you expect really time tracking just a piss take. They just wait till they get enough orders before sending the goods.

After this review I got the fastest email response with them saying they won't send my good and ill will receive my full refund Ordered on Wednesdays for them to say shipping on Monday for a delivery maybe end of next week due to Xmas. I'm glad your not sending me anything and I get my money back.

The reason I'm writing a review is I'm a paying customer if your can't fulfill what you say on your websites change it simple. If you don't like the negative review sort your business out and make it better for customer satisfaction.

You provide a paid delivery services it not our fault you don't know how to function your business properly and send good on time. I'm not the first customer to highlight this issue you have at your company. It's constructive criticism you either fix the problem or keep getting bad reviews.

A great company to buy from

The worst company I’ve ever gone to for any service, nevermind boxing gloves. In November I ordered a pair of gloves and they didn’t come so I wanted a while before ordering again and mistakenly gave them another chance. It has been 2/3 weeks since I placed my order and nothing I have to rely on my bank to get me a refund

Please never buy from here especially when they try to argue there point replying to reviews, it’s disgusting they need to own up to their mistakes

Worst company ever

Products: Great products at awesome prices. TopTen Kickboxing and Twins products. Brand new. Huge range of products. Your one stop shop for Martial arts gear.
Communication: Regular updates from supplier.
Honesty: Honest and transparent supplier. I am not surprised the have more than 20,000 5 star reviews.
Shipping: Over night quick delivery. Happy customers all around.

I would highly recommend this supplier for both personal and business needs.

Placed a order on 23/11/25 says royal mail have our parcel phoned them and they have not recieved anything sent 4 emails to them no reply do not buy off these i want my money back this is a xmas presant for my son you think i go to work to give you free money email me back or i will take it further its called theft

After reading the negative reviews I thought to myself why did I bother ordering from fightco to save a few quid , I'll be lucky if my gloves even show up , but a few days later it arrived exactly as described and I'm happy so I thought I would leave a review because all the negative reviews weren't true for me.
I think they need to remove the 24hour delivery as this is causing a lot of confusion and leaving people on edge when it doesn't tupdaye the tracking number . But overall I would buy again .

I made an order a week ago. It’s still not been handed to delivery service. They don’t respond to emails and don’t answer calls.

Deliverys not very good but it did arrive eventually ordered on a Tuesday received on wednesday the following week but the tracking they sent me was 24hr next day, so you'd have a look each day and it would say still awaiting parcel from sender and wonder what is going on, I would order from here again
