Not gonna lie was worried order wouldn’t show as got the tracking but it didn’t update I emailed them they answered said it should be soon I told them there was a problem they agreed there was a problem said they will send another order on express delivery Monday got the stuff Tuesday stuff is really good if you don’t mind waiting for the order it’s definitely worth it glad I didn’t read the reviews before as I wouldn’t of but hopefully this review shows you what’s likely to happen and I’m glad I ordered just had to wait 2 weeks but they replied they fixed and they sorted it

Please don’t use these, this company has caused me so much distress. To keep it brief I ordered some items (£170 worth) 10th October by 20th October I has received nothing, no items, no email, zero communication.
I raised a complaint with affirm as the company hadn’t replied to my email and you’ve cannot phone them (great customer service in and of itself).
By the time they got back to me they gave the standard spiel I see in their responses to other bad reviews about how their stock levels are off and how they had an email bounce back etc. I said fine send me an alternative but as affirm had got involved they said no you get refunded.
Great I thought I will get my money back but oh no they told affirm who I paid in 3 instalments with that I had had the items !!!!! Bare faced lies !!!!! I never received anything and now I’m liable for the entire amount for products I haven’t received.
How on earth can you lie like this and scam innocent people. You know nothing has been sent to me yet you told the company that you had.

I have proof through the tracking that I received nothing and I will be contacting action fraud and the financial ombudsman about how I’ve been throughly defrauded, as soon as they open Monday morning - you’ve picked on the wrong person to try and defraud I have a lot of time to devote to ensuring no one is uninformed of your treachery.
Don’t reply giving it that you’re a family business yada yada you are nothing but a scam outfit - your trust pilot reviews show this
Stay clear of this absolute diabolical sham outfit.
I will be posting you on all of my social media and everywhere that will give me a platform to inform the public of what you’ve done and what you continue to do to u suspecting consumers.

Pre delivery review:

There’s clearly some misunderstanding or misleading going on around the delivery times. On the same page it states orders will be dispatched within 1 working day, the second paragraph it states delivery times are 3-5 working days. However the postage used is RM tracked 24 which is basically next day delivery.

What I don’t understand is if the items ‘dispatched’ then why haven’t RM received it. It’s obviously not dispatched and just marked as such in the hope that customers aren’t in a rush for their orders. Or it makes the websites stats look good? Who knows.

I think their needs to be a bit of an update on the website that maybe states items are ‘dispatched’ in 3-5 working days and delivery is 1 working day. That would make more sense.

Anyway my experience is that I placed an order late Tuesday, dispatched Wednesday using RM 24 and now on Friday RM still don’t have the item. Had I known this I would have shopped elsewhere as the order was needed for a comp this weekend. Have emailed customer services and did respond same day and simply advised delivery is 3-5 days. Must say I am still a bit nervous that I will actually receive anything going by the reviews on here but I guess I need to wait a few more days. Just disappointed this shop has taken my money, marked an item as dispatched when it clearly isn’t and then leave the customer in limbo because of contradictory info in the website.

Will update review again if/when I receive item as it could all be down to a misunderstanding re website info.

Do not shop with them. Don’t waste your time or energy. They are completely incompetent. My tracking with Royal Mail has showed “we’re expecting it” for 5 days now with no update! I’ve tried emailing and contacting through live chat numerous times and get no where! Apparently they are not a scam company however they move exactly like one! Give another company your money not these guys!

Gloves look good and were delivered promptly.

Would really recommend these gloves there £40 feels like £200 gloves

Like many others, bought boxing gloves for my child via their ebay shop, a tracking number was provided after few days, since then no response to buyer's messages or via their website contact form.
I don't understand how this shop is allowed to trade after so many negative reviews by so many upset customers.

I ordered some training kit on the 4th October 2025 it’s now the 11th October still not received my items. I’ve sent an email and I’ve received one back saying some of the items I’ve ordered aren’t in stock absolutely ridiculous and they’ve sent a replacement which is due to arrive on the 11th October still and not here all in atm I’ve lost £60 absolute joke

I bought a skipping rope and some ankle guards ten days ago, it said it was sent ‘Royal Mail 48’ I checked the tracking number (VF344049155GB) but despite the seller buying a label, they never actually sent the item. I emailed them chasing it up two days ago, they ignored the email.

I have come here to check the other reviews, and it appears that this is quite common practise (for their company to sell an item but never actually bother sending it / or replying to emails). It is also worth noting that their number does not even accept calls.

FightCo - I cannot tell you how to run your business, but if you do not improve the logistics side of things, and do not give customers a way to contact you directly, based on what I am reading here, it isn’t going to end well.

Matt Radford went above and beyond. He chased up the courier to ensure I received my lost package before my vacation. Matt's prompt communication and customer service will have me return again and again. Top notch 👍🏼

Quite possibly the worst company to deal with. Placed an order 2 weeks ago, chased after a week as the tracking was showing it hadn't been handed to the courier yet. No response. Emailed directly, messaged on eBay and even called. Got 1 reply saying they will look into it, then nothing for a week. Finally managed to reach someone on their chat, no apology or explanation for my order not being dispatched. Didn’t seem too bothered. Had to open a case on eBay for a refund.

Amazing team. Helped me with what I needed for my son and posted asap when I asked for my son’s fight. Would 100% recommend

Quite skeptical at first from all the negative reviews but none the less ordered and impressed. Gear came in three business Days, and great customer service replying to every message within 24 hours!!!

I'm giving a 2 so far purely for the stress factor of not being able to contact them via phone. No email reply after 2 days. Ive now resorted to facebook contact. No update on our item that was dispatched on the 10th. My son has a fight in 3 days and now reading the reviews I'm even more worried that our item won't show. Not a great experience at all so far.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

No show of goods ordered and no response to my emails either. Called them and their phone system says they don’t take calls. 1 out of 10 customer services. In summary avoid this company 😡

AMAZING SUPPORT TEAM! i asked them to change sizing and they immediately did what i asked! thank god for responsible shops god bless😝.
