Placed an order over 10 days ago and still haven't received it. The tracking status just says "waiting for orders." It took several days for them to respond to my email, and their reply was vague—they said they would check on it or send a replacement if needed. I’ve received no further updates. I also tried calling, but they don’t take any phone queries. Overall, this has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

0 stars - semi decent communication but waited a week for a tracked 24 delivery that never came. I was asked to wait for an express delivery but I never took the chance so I had to do a 60 mile round trip to collect my £300 order. Would NEVER recommend to anyone. ... Over all decent. There was a delay in getting the package to Royal Mail, to which customer service advised that it was an issue with a middle courier and they then issued a replacement. When I contacted customer service, I did mention I was on holiday for 5 days the following week so they delayed sending the item until I was back.

Only bit of feedback is that they didn't advise that they delayed sending the replacement as I was away, I contacted them on the day I got back and they advised that this was the case, then dropped it off to Royal Mail the same day. It makes sense that they wait before sending it and to be honest, not many companies would think of it.

I can't fault the item (Venum Evo Elite Gloves) so I have left 4 stars, will try them again in the future and hopefully the teething issues with delivery will be rectified!

Great got Judo suit

I paid about £96 for ma gear which included gloves, shin guards, mouth guard and hand wraps. I ordered on the bank holiday Monday which was 5th of may. Coming to check out it said 1to2 working day delivery. I was so excited… 2 days went by and I got an email from Royal Mail saying expecting order that sender has dispatched it. Another 2 days go by and I started to suspect that they never sent an order and it was a scam. I read all reviews and it was similar to my situation. I tried to call them but the line said “we are not accepting calls right now” I emailed them and they replied 2 days later stating my parcel has been delayed due to bank holiday. That it would take 5 to 7 working days. I just got my things today 12/05/2025 and to be honest they are top notch quality. The only downside is the wait time. If I had known I would have ordered else where. I’ve been 1 week without my equipment for sparing and training. Communication and misleading delivery times was the downside to this event. Please improve on the communication side of it so it’s easier to reach you. Either phone or better email responses

Very poor experience. Item was not as described, incorrect sizes to what was ordered. Part refunded after 3 weeks and chasing them.

Ordered Karate kit - size 140cms. Trousers were 120cms - too short! Sent back at my own cost and now only refunded cost of item - minus the initial postage and return postage. Only returned as item not described - had to chase refund too. Not a good company to deal with. After your response....we were not sent a link for free returns just told to go onto website for returns so was not given the opportunity.

Awful company. DO NOT USE!! Returned items that arrived back at FightCo on the 12th March - now 19th March still no refund. Received an email stating that one of 2 returned items will be refunded - what about the other item? Email states refund minus postage - but I paid for postage and paid to send items back - don’t take my word for it - look at the other reviews - or companies house. You can try and avoid paying people’s money back but not the tax man.

Go through you bank to get a refund if you make the mistake of using these jokers. DO NOT USE

Boxing gloves and gum shield ordered 3 weeks ago, not received the items emails ignored and phone number no longer active! I’m going to have to go through my bank for a refund!

Delay with the delivery initially due to whatever reason. After making contact with Matt at fight co the issue was quickly resolved and parcel delivered the next day. Thanks Matt.

My son order some boxing gloves for £90. Nothing has arrived despite several emails. Emails ignored. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company.

we placed an order on 01/08, blitz sport delixe thigh pads, for my husband, we are still waiting for it, I sent an email... no response. I find this serious, it is not serious.

It looks like you Said we have to deal with customs but we didn’t received anything . Looks like this problem of delivery happens often. And when did you make the refund ?

How dare you ask me how are my thoughts about my fairtex gloves when I never received the parcel? Customer service for this company is utter bullsh. My parcel was left SAFE at a different address, and when I tried endlessly to contact the customer service, they said my order was fulfilled, gps was correct and basically took me for a liar. Said they will contact the authorities to check cctv which was a lie. I spent over £140 for shin pads and gloves which I never received. I never gave any permission for the parcel to be left safe, and on top of that Royal Mail left it at a different address and someone stole it. No reimbursement from the company whatsoever, no refund, nothing, even stopped replying to my messages. 1 star is way too much for how I was scammed. Never buying anything from this website again, and for anyone buying from them, be aware! If your parcel will get misdelivered, you won’t get your money back.

Im just looking at reviews left by other customers and I'm shocked. I thought I was the unlucky one but it looks like this happens on a regular basis. Things from the order missing, or the whole parcel missing and no reimbursement from the company, I swear ill try and get them sued because this cannot run.

Top company quick delivery and even changed my order for me. I would highly recommend. Good prices too

Only given 1 star as none is not an option. My soon ordered from here on the 30th of December, it hasn't been dispatched and trying to speak to somebody is like looking for sugar on a beach!!! Literally the worst customer service and what is looking like £100 down the drain! Absolute joke. Serval messages were left and ignored

I purchased my second pair of boxing gloves from Fight Co this morning (12oz and now 14oz). Thank you for the help and advice and not selling me anything pink! Great quality gear and great prices, a pleasure to do business with.

Purchased a fantastic quality ninja suit for my 8 year old for Halloween. Quality of this product is immense compared to all the other costumes we’ve bought over the years. Great value and fast delivery. Definitely using fight co for boxing / Muay Thai equipment going forward. Thanks guys!

Never sent my parcel. Had to chase delivery as the tracking wasn't working. Royal Mail can't track parcels that have not left thier warehouse....

Another bad shopping experience from this company!
ANOTHER product lost in the post! Blamed Royal mail 1st and 2nd time.
Second time this has happened to me. Will definitely be the last time I use this useless company.
No reply from emails or phone calls. Got my refund back through PayPal within the hour after making the complaint. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Read all these reviews after placing order, thought it was a scam but it isn’t! The guys at fight co assured me that the parcel is coming and it did end up coming within 3-5 working days as said on their website. Although the tracking number on royal mail said it hasnt been received, its just an error. I placed the order on saturday night, came on thursday. I asked where the parcel was via email , got back to me fast and said 48 hours, it came the next morning. So place some trust in these guys and don’t believe all the impatient reviews. Be patient.
