Products weren’t what I expected… they were on sale but I wished to return. I had to Pay $15 to return so decided to keep. WILL NEVER buy from FILA again as the customer experience was below par

My experience with FILA was extremely disappointing. Not only do they charge for returns, but the customer service response I received was unhelpful and came across as sarcastic.

For a well-known brand, the lack of care and professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend buying directly from them and will not be purchasing from them again.

Ich habe eine Jacke in Größe L bestellt, aber eine Größe M erhalten. Der Kundenservice war sehr freundlich und die Rücksendung war unkompliziert. Ich konnte die Jacke gegen die richtige Größe umtauschen.

Seit gestern Juckreiz am Gesicht, immer darauf geachtet das ich nicht kratze. Resultat: überall rote Flecken und starke Juckreiz. Anstatt dass das Produkt helfen soll, hat es mein Hautbild drastisch verschlechtert!!! Chf 62.- weg und zusätzliche Arztkosten+Medis. Weiter empfehlen würde ich Filabe auf keinen Fall.

I ordered a pair of kids’ shoes from Fila online (Order: [add order #], Date: [add date]). The size was incorrect, so I submitted a return request the next day. I paid for the return postage—which was about 50% of the shoe price—and attached photos showing the shoes in brand‑new condition (only tried for size, no wear).
Fila later claimed the shoes were “used” and in bad condition, refused the refund, and said they would send the shoes back to me—which is no use because the size doesn’t fit. I’ve effectively paid for the shoes and the return postage and received nothing in return. I even provided my original photos, but they refused to accept them.
This is extremely poor customer service and very disappointing. Based on this experience, I won’t be buying Fila products again.

Sono scarpe ideali per tutti i giorni specialmente per fare sport un prezzo buono e sono belle da vedere e in più sono leggerissime e resistenti con un prezzo buono

Wenn ich negative Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich es tun! Ich möchte ein Paar Schuhe zurücksenden, weil mir die falsche Größe geschickt wurde, aber der Kundenservice antwortet überhaupt nicht.

Leider funktioniert der Downloadlink für den Retoure Schein nicht, auf Anfragen über das Kontaktformular und per Mail bekommt man keine Antwort, eine Telefonnummer gibt es leider nicht, bitte nur bestellen wenn Ihr wisst das die Sachen passen eine Retoure ist bei FILA nicht möglich!

Ich möchte meine Schuhe zurückschicken. Dafür brauche ich das Rücksendeformular, was mit fila schicken sollte. FILA hat nie auf meine emails reagiert. Ich werde nie wieder bei so einem schlecht Anbieter einkaufen und auch einen Anwalt gegen FILA einschalten.

En menos de 3 meses (algo más de dos) unos tenis de una niña están reventados y dicen que eso es desgaste normal, que no están cuidados. Y así señores es como se pierde la confianza en una marca antes buena. Ojalá pudiera poner la foto

Die Unterhosen von FILA sind aus ökologischer und praktischer Sicht unerträglich verpackt.
Extrem viel Verpackung für eine Unterhose. Auch in Hinblick auf eine Rücksendung im Onlinehandel ist die Verpackung einer Unterhose nicht mehr möglich. Ich denke das ist Absicht. Nie wieder FILA!!

I bought the Disruptors and they broke after about 5 months, leaving a piece of sharp plastic digging into my foot whenever I took a step. But my main issue is that when I reached out about a refund due to poor quality, I was told that they aren't issuing refunds at all right now because they are restructuring the company.

Al enkele keren schoenen van Fila gekocht en het is gewoon rommel. Zool die na enkele maanden los gaat. Momenteel heb ik nog een paar waar na amper een keer of 10 dragen het stiksel is losgegaan. De schoenen zijn niet superduur maar zijn in recortempo versleten, waardoor het wel een dure koop is.
