Avoid this retailer at all costs. Paid extra for premium delivery, and then got an email back with a delivery date worse than standard delivery. That was bad enough, but I've now sent 9 emails and am still waiting for my money back.

Finish Line sent me the wrong shoe size THREE times. The first time customer service sent me a label to mail them back and sent a new pair… wrong size AGAIN. Then they told me I had to go in store to exchange them. I went in store, returned the wrong size and had them order the correct size for me. AGAIN wrong size. After that I gave up. I’ll never order from Finish Line or JD again. Never had this issue with any other retailer, let alone 3 times.

If I could give this store at this location a zero I would. This store at Macy's Towson Town Mall had no employee on site to assist the customers who had been there for an hour. why r we selling to other countries who do not have our interest at hand. No employee was at Macy's location on Saturday June 27,2026. There where at least 8 stacked up boxes unopen at this location. Who's buying the product and then not there to accept and open the merchandise. Just close the location down if you are not going to do the right thing for the USA citizens. Piss Poor Representation!!!!!

Absolutely terrible. I never received my items(Shoes) Then I called customer service and they told me there’s nothing they could do about it!! to check with family members or neighbors to see if they might have received them!

Do not order frin them I repeat do not order from them. It's been a month and I haven't received my order and they're giving me the run around everytime I call. They always telling me something different so I finally asked for a supervisor and they said a supervisor would contact in 24 hours and it's been 3 days now.

One pair showed up dirty! And the other was the wrong size!

I wish I checked the reviews before buying from them but this wasn't my first time doing business with them. Since things went well the first time I tried buying from them again and it was shambolic. How does my address change after payment? How has it changed when I've already purchased from you before? Why isn't the order cancelled when the address cannot be recognized? What's crazy is that multiple times you get asked to confirm your address and still your order gets sent 3 different times because your 3 items are shipping from 3 completely different locations. The logistics don't make sense. Then customer service are little help to you with soulless emails. You're better off shopping through auctions on Tiktok.

I ordered a pair of air max 97’s from finish line. It’s a $185 shoe they decided to send a used pair. Very dirty soles and dirt on many parts of the upper. When I returned them and asked them to be replaced, they went and sent me the same pair. What a trash company. You are better off buying from eBay instead of being scammed for new shoes at full price. It also took weeks for the shoes to arrive on top of that. Don’t waste your money, buy from anyone else!

Very poor service, as I placed the order of shoes and they committed for a delivery in 4-6 days and it has been two weeks and still no sign of delivery. When contacted the Helpdesk the response was to wait for 2 more days and if no update then contact them again. One of the worst service and experiences .... Learnt my lesson never to place an order to them.

I brought a pair of sneakers in Feb i recieve them and they looked defected, i had order both my daughters the same pair and they loved them so I figured let me return these and buy the same pair, I got the sneakers they were fine returned the defected pair to the store I was told they send them back and I will get my refund, I got an email a week later stating they got my sneakers and I will have a refund within 5-7 days the 5-7 went and I got nothing so I called back and they stated i had to wait a few more days another week went buy i got nothing i called back they called the refund department they said okay 5 days so i waited and nothing I called back they stated ok we are sorry give us 2 days the 2 days went buy nothing I just called back the lady said this is crazy you took them to the store and still didn't get a refund put me on hold came back asked did i wear them I explained hell no they were defected i can show I reordered them the same day I got the defected ones she said that is the only reason why this would take this long but you took them to the store so I am not understanding however you should get your refund in 5-7 business day I said WOWWW this again is crazy I will never ever order from you guy again I am sure I will have to call back but now I will call everyday until I get my refund

Poor customer service and shipping times.

Order shoes online and didn’t receive them on the date it gave and the tracking isn’t accurate it went from April 7 estimated delivery date and that they where in my city to April 7 comes along and now they’re in another state. Went backwards then gave an update saying April 10 and now saying it’s on its way. Will never order from here again

Ordered sneaker for my wife’s birthday gift over a weak ago and the sneakers hasn’t even shipped yet.. I emailed them after and still nothing.. no update are nothing I basically feel robbed are scammed I’ve never had to experience anything like this purchases shoes online.. I use to purchase from finish line years ago without any issues but after doing further research I’ve learned that the company was sold to some people in the uk under the name JD Sports Fashion by still operates behind the Finishline name and brand which now makes sense why they have a terrible review rating.. I’ll never purchase from this company again!! They should even be in business

This was the first time I ordered from this online store and one of the shoes was clearly returned since it had messed up laces and no paper insert. The other was new and had a paper insert and nice tied laces. Very strange. As for the shoe itself, fit is tight, and it was very difficult for me to even get the shoe on my foot. For what I paid for these shoes, I would expect new shoes, not a pair with one that was previously returned. I wish I had looked at these reviews before I bought. First time customer--and Last time customer.

I am so disappointed in Finish Line. I ordered shoes on 2/12 and I still have not received the shoes. I have contacted CS several times and each time I am told a different lie about my order. I called to cancel the order today because the Rep again, told me a different lie and I was told it would take 7-14 days to cancel. Still could not tell me an update on my order, other than "still processing". This is insane and I cannot believe that I am receiving such horrible customer care. I told the Rep today that I would be giving a bad review on google and her response was, "that is fine with us".. Paula - order 60019880311

I placed an order and waited several days for it to ship. The sin item I bought got cancelled and still waiting for another to ship. Will never buy from them again.

The online store is absolutely trash! The selection is trash. Customer service is trash. You place an order wait for a week then you get an email stating your order has been canceled.

They have the worse return policy and very few options. I don't recommend buying anything from them. Spent $100 on a pair of shoes for my daughter for christmas and they were too BIG. We went to Finish Line inside of Macy's and they denied us an exchange. Then drove all the way to JD Sports just to find out they are no longer in business. Went on-line to process and exchange and was denied die to 45 DAYS POLICT. That is ridiculous especially for HOLIDAY RETURNS!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CROOKS. I AM STUCK WITH SHOES THAT DONT FIT AND $100 DOLLAR DOWN THE DRAIN.

This entire situation stems from trying to purchase ONE pair of shoes, which somehow turned into three separate orders with no resolution.
Order #1:
The first shipment arrived with mismatched shoe sizes. I returned them, but I am still waiting for my refund.
Order #2:
I reordered the same shoes, hoping they'd ship the correct sizes this time. The order was marked as shipped, but USPS confirmed the package was never received by the carrier. Tracking stayed in pre-shipment status and was later removed entirely.
Order #3 (Replacement):
Finish Line created a replacement order and promised FedEx Rush shipping, but the order is still stuck in “Allocated” status with no tracking and no shipment.
All of this is for one pair of shoes.
As of now, Finish Line has my money for two orders, with no shoes and no refunds.
Customer service responses have been inconsistent and vague (“shipped,” “lost,” “processing,” “anytime soon”), with no real resolution. This is not a one-off mistake, it’s a pattern of poor fulfillment, poor communication, and delayed refunds. I would strongly caution anyone ordering online from Finish Line.
