Finish Line have canceled my order but not refunded
Finish Line canceled my online order on September 2, 2025, but the gift card I used hasn’t been refunded yet.
Their customer service is a joke — the email auto-replies saying they no longer respond to emails, the chat is turned off, and the only option left is to call them by phone.
It’s unbelievable that in 2025 an online store still operates like a 1990s brick-and-mortar business. Completely unacceptable experience.

If I could give them a zero I would. Placed an order, was excited to see that it arrived early only to find out that they sent the wrong order. After spending over an hour on hold, arranged to send the shoes back, and they would not release my order till they got them back. Back office held onto the order and didn’t communicate the status for over 6 weeks. I sent an email week 1 and was told the order would go out in a few days. I emailed again week 2 and got an autoreply that they weren’t accepting emails due to high volume. Called week 4 and was told they hadn’t released the order but they would ship out via 2 day. Called again week 5 and was told the same thing. Called again week 6 and was told the shoes weren’t in stock and they would issue a refund. I can only get the shoes now for twice the price. Also every time I called had to wait on hold for over an hour each time.

I ordered a shoe online and they cancelled my order. Told me I would get a refund for my shoe within 7 days. They gave the refund but to some random card that is not even mine. When I try to call I have waited Mutiple time up to an hour with no one ever answering and then it says you cant email them anymore either. Absolute trash of a company. They basically stole my 105 dollars.

If I could give less than one star I would give that. Their help and support is a scam. There are no people to answer your calls. So regardless how long you wait, you never get routed to a human. And they don’t tell you that.
When you reach out for help via email, you get an email a day or two later letting you know they are not accepting help requests via email at the moment.
So in other words they are scamming customers and not providing a legally required way to give support on issues.
I paid $30 for expedited shipping on an item that still hasn’t shipped after nearly a week. I no longer need the item because I needed it by a date. And they make it impossible to connect with someone to cancel.
Waste of time
Second time I’ve tried to order and the whole order was cancelled. Never getting my business again.
Do not order from this place
I ordered from this place on a Saturday and the following Friday they canceled it upon my request. I cancelled because I tried calling multiple times with no answer, the track order page is down and I never received an order update. Over all I will never order from this company again.

Never buy anything from them! They are cheating. I returned my order and they did not return my money. I wrote to them a hundred times and it was all in vain. Each time they sent me different things. At the same time, the purchase amount was not large.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service - my order processed somehow without including the address I filled in. It literally shows blank except my zipcode now, and they STILL shipped it out despite me sending multiple emails asking them to correct the address. $88 down the drain, who knows where the shoes I order will even go! Takes forever to hear back from their email customer service, and very long hold times for their phone. These companies need to stop divesting from customer service. Last time I shop here.

I have ordered shoes from finish line for sometime now and when they don’t fit or for some reason I have to take them back they are always willing to take the item for return and I’m not sure who the manager is or what is name is but I like him a lot the last two times I have returned shoes to the Mansfield Ohio store he has been my cashier and he’s always friendly and helpful.😊😊😊

Hope you don't actually want these if you order. Placed an order that was shown delivered on 4/18. Spoke to customer service who assured me that it was delivered somewhere else but they would replace. Just spoke again to customer service who told me, whoops! Out of luck. Won't order from here again.

I want to inform you that I did not buy a gift card from Finish Line. I bought one. They supposedly canceled my order. They sent me a new gift card, but I never received it. I've been trying for a month to get them to send one, but it's not working.

I purchased a pair of New Balance gym shoes from JD (aka Finish Line) in Yorktown on March 20th . Last week, the sole started to come loose in two spots. I went to the Yorktown store to exchange them today and was told they do not take back worn merchandise, that is their return policy. I argued that the shoes are defective and you should stand by their product, it's only been 20 days. The assistant manager and the store manager still claimed it was against policy. I examined my e-receipt and it did not say anything about a return policy, only a receipt expiration. When I told them that, I was told the policy is on their website. Very aggravating. I have since escalated this up the corporate ladder. But I thought I should share that this company refuses to stand by their product.
Day 2: contacted the regional manager by phone leaving 3 voicemails. No response. Are they afraid to draw attention and post their absurd return policy that does not account for faulty merchandise?

Ordered a pair of sneakers online. They didn’t have an issue taking my money in seven seconds. Three days later, I get an email saying my order was canceled, and now I have to wait up to seven days for a refund. Next time, I’m sticking with Nike or Footlocker.

On March 9th, 2025, I ordered two pairs of New Balance. On March 13th a huge box was delivered to my door with one pair of shoes. On March 21st, I contacted customer service because I had not received the second pair of shoes. After holding the phone line for 15 minutes the CSR informs me that the last update is the shoes are with Fed Ex and that I could cancel my order for a refund my order or they could send them in 4 to 6 days. Finishline should have sent my shoes next day service for the inconvenience alone. THIS IS OBSERD and DISRESPECTFUL to the customer!!!! DO BETTER JDSPORTS AND FINISHLINE
