MyTerrible Delivery Experience & Zero Customer Support package was guaranteed to arrive noâŠ
My package was guaranteed to arrive no later than December 30. On December 31, I received a text from Finish Line stating my delivery was suddenly delayed until January 5 â after the promised window had already passed.
I immediately contacted customer service and explained that I was staying at an Airbnb for the holidays and would be leaving that address on January 4. I clearly expressed that delivery after that date would result in the package being left unattended.
Instead of offering any real solution, I was repeatedly told to âtry to cancel through the post office,â which I was unable to do. Finish Line did not assist with rerouting, holding, intercepting, or providing any alternative options.
As expected, the package was delivered on January 5, when I was no longer there. No one was available to receive it, and now I am without my order.
To make matters worse, Finish Line is refusing to issue a refund, despite the delivery delay being entirely outside the original promised timeframe and despite being notified in advance of the issue.
This experience shows a complete lack of accountability and customer care. Delayed delivery, no proactive support, and no refund â extremely disappointing and frustrating. I will not be ordering from Finish Line again.
Finish Line is not a reliable business
Finish Line is not a reliable business. I placed an order for my sonâs birthday, and instead of notifying me that they could not fulfill the order so I could purchase elsewhere, they simply canceled it without any notice.
I received an email stating they had not forgotten about my order, but I was never informed that it had been canceled. This lack of communication is extremely unprofessional.
I have requested a full refund but have been unable to reach a real person for assistance. This entire experience reflects poor business etiquette and disregard for customers.
I would give zero stars if possible.
Paid for Fast Shipping, Received Wrong Shoe, Kids Had Nothing for Christmas
I ordered two pairs of shoes for my sons and paid extra for expedited shipping. Instead, I received one incorrect shoe in the wrong style and size, and Iâm still missing two shoes from my order. The company was closed until after Christmas, so my kids had nothing to open.
Customer service promised supervisor call-backs that never happened, and I was then asked to drive to a mall and pay to print a return label for their mistake. Very disappointing experience and poor accountability.

Absolute trash company. Ordered for Christmas with guaranteed delivery, called several times to check on the order and was on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes each time and each time assured it would be on time. Shocker, it wasnât. The day AFTER Christmas the order was cancelled.

This company sucks, I ordered a pair of shoes from them, for it to take forever for the process, then them unexpectedly cancelling on me. When I called them they said that I could order the same pair and I would be guaranteed to get the shoe. So I placed the order with full confidence that I would get it, which was a mistake. They cancelled my order again the second time and when I called them again, they were not helpful at all and I did not get the shoes. The company really needs to work on ACTUALLY following through with what they say they will do instead of lying about it.
Mismatched Shoes
Ordered a pair of shoes on Cyber Monday from Finish Line. Received them and was sent a pair of mismatched shoes, a brown shoe and a grey one. So someone else out there is also getting a pair of mismatched shoes! Customer service told me I'd have to send the mismatched shoes back to them before they could send out another pair of what I ordered. Had to go out of my way to print a return label and then go to FedEx. Quality control is non-existent. Won't be returning. Garbage.

I am very disappointed with finish line and Jd sports. I ordered some Nike up tempo sneakers which I received on November 21, 2025. When I open the box, I noticed that the paper that they insert in the new sneakers was missing. I took the sneakers out and examine them and noticed that the bottom was dirty, and there was a dent in the front of the sneakers.. I was so upset. I spent $125 for you sneakers from finish line which Iâm constantly ordering and never had an issue. What made things worse is I want to return the sneakers to a local store which was 35 minutes from my house and they refuse to take the sneakers cause even they said it look like it was worn. I was upset thatâs the whole reason. Iâm bringing her back cause you guys saw me sneakers that somebody else worn. I called Customer Care and they told me the reason why they couldnât take them back at the store because the manager wasnât there lies. They didnât told me to go to the nearest Jd sport which was nine minutes away and I did and Jd sport refused to take the return again. I was furious at this time.. I call Customer Care again on the phone. She told me that they will be able to take my return, but unfortunately, she was wrong. All I wanted was my new pair of sneakers or my refund.. they didnât even wanna take the sneakers back and ship them to the warehouse. After back-and-forth with Customer Care, they were finally able to convince the store to print out a shipping label and mail my sneakers so they can carefully examine them in order to give me my refund.. this day I got the most runaround that I ever had November 24, 2025. Itâs only been three days since I received my sneakers and all I want is a refund. I donât even want to shop at finish line and Jd sports anymore and they were my favorite sneaker providers..
Finish line customer service is horrible
Ordered shoes on 10/14. Called within 2 hours of making order to let them know the size I ordered did not match my order receipt. Was told I could not change the order as it had already been processed and shipped. They said I would need to wait and receive the product and then return it to get a refund.
Now it is 11/3 19 days later and they have never sent the order to UPS for delivery. They will not take emails as the customer service email says it is full and you have to call in. If you call it it takes a minimum of 60 minutes to get someone to answer. Then they just say the order is in processing and should arrive soon.
The return policy is within 45 days but at this rate I will not even have the product by then if it ever does arrive. Feels like a total scam and is very frustrating.
I ordered regularly from Nike, Finish Line, Champs, and Hibbett and have never once had any form of issue.
Terrible customer service and I will not be making any more orders from Finish Line as a result.
