Corby Fire Designs installed a new wood burner for us last week. Installation was quick - it only took one day, we were expecting it to take two. The fitters were very good - they protected everything from dust and cleaned up fully afterwards. We are very happy with all aspects of the service from initial enquiry at the showroom through to installation. We have no hesitation in recommending Corby Fire Designs to anyone . We ordered our wood burner from wellingborough and cannot fault the professionalism of the service provided from choosing our product, the survey to finally the installation. The guys who installed the appliance took such care with our home, covering all surfaces with dust sheets as well as covering the carpets. They left the room extremely neat and tidy upon completion of the works and also demonstrated how to use the appliance. Would highly recommend checking out FireDesigns.

Ordering from Fire Designs in Wellingborough was a really good experience. Very professional service from the survey to fitting. The guys who fitted our stove were excellent. All of our furniture was covered and they cleaned up before they left each day. Beautiful stove and a very reasonable price.

From the first time we walked in the show room to the end of the installation our experience with corby fire design was nothing less than a pleasure. Very helpful sales staff who clearly have a knowledge of the products they use and they were able to give us advice on which stove would best serve our needs and the room it would be in.
The fitting team were very polite and efficient, they had our stove fully installed and ready to burn within the day. When they were finished the room was left spotless and they took the time to sit with us and go through all the airflow controls, best methods for lighting the stove quickly and all maintenance that may be required over the life of the stove.
I can not fault this company in any way and I would recommend to anyone that might consider using them.

Had our multi fuel burner fitted on 9th February. The two fitters were professional, very knowledgeable and spent time when finished going through the paperwork with us and showing us how to use the fire. They covered furniture in the lounge also flooring from lounge to front door and left the house as it was when they arrived. I would highly recomened this company.

Wonderful service, from the staff in the showroom, to the fitters who were very professional in their job, and had the time to sit and explain the workings of the stove, first class.

We had our wood burning stove installed over the last two days and are are really pleased with it. The process was well organised, from quoting to ordering. We were impressed with the installation process also as the installers, who were both very friendly and polite, took all steps to keep the house clean and tidy and worked very hard. Overall a really good experience and a company we would certainly recommend.

In a word.....outstanding. The showroom was welcoming and James visited our home to quote. Arrived on time as agreed and the quote was received within a week.
The showroom kept in touch and resolved an early issue and was able to bring the agreed installation date forward TWICE! We has our Woodburner for Christmas.
The two installers were brilliant....covered up, installed and cleared up very well....all within a day.

I cannot rate the Corby branch high enough, from start to finish the team were professional and courteous. When the two guys turned up, they covered my floor in dust sheets and furniture and very nice guys did not know they were in my house. We had a multi fuel stove fitted at the end of October and the service we received was first class. From the initial appointment through to the fitting of the stove we were kept informed and had all of our questions answered fully. The guys who came and fitted the stove worked hard, kept disruption to a minimum and left everything clean and tidy. The stove itself looks great and is definitely doing the job of keeping us warm, it's a lovely addition to the room. I'd recommend this company for anyone thinking of having this type of work done.

Just had a multi-fuel burner fitted including removing a gas fire ,building a chimney breast and installing the burner.The company have been very helpful throughout answering questions and giving very knowledgeable advice .The fitting has been very efficient, with very little disruption or mess. They gave an excellent handover on completion and left everywhere clean and tidy.

Very happy with our install - installers we're polite, professional and went out if there way to ensure that we were happy. They cleaned up all mess etc. Would recommend to anybody looking to get a stove installed.
