Everything was great

Everything was great, I received my cap on time, and once the weather cooperated I was able to install it. It fit perfectly. The only issue I had was that they got my name wrong on the order. They mixed up my email address with my name. I got it straightened out before the delivery.

customer service

had a issue with the 6 in pipe connector that came with kit. Called fireside and they sent the correct piece after verifying which stove i had. Replacement part was shipped with expedited shipping. I will definitely be using fireside for any wood burning stove needs.

Tech Support

Bill was very helpful over the phone. Talked me through the whole installation process and figured out exactly what I needed with my current setup. Liner arrived super fast and was able to install before the next snowstorm!

Super easy to install

Super easy to install. Very fast shipping. I’ve only been using the flex flue liner for one week, but it seems like it will be just fine. My wood stove has been hot the whole time.
