Fireside Chimney Supply レビュー

Chase cap arrived faster than expected and quality was great. My installer commented how his measurements had been used by you to accurately prepare the cap and the install was perfect.

I was thrilled with how fast the product came to our house. Very easy website to work with with.

I had a question about my order and received a prompt reply to my email. This sorted out my concern and my order was received quickly and correctly.

Bill, who helped me figure out what liner size and attachment I needed was very helpful

Good product. Right size. Job went well.

Great customer service, I had many questions and they answered them all thanks Bill and Mike

Bill was very helpful recommending parts that were needed for my project. Shipping was very quick via FEDEX (love FEDEX vs UPS - who always seems to unnecessarily delay delivery by several days) and quality of the pieces seems excellent.

I bought the flex liner from Fireside via Amazon and even this order was handled expeditiously.

If asked I would recommend Fireside Chimney Supply without hesitation.

Very quick processing, great customer service, high quality chase cover, fits like a glove! Thank-you!!

Great product at a good price. Also received in a few days .

Good product, quick service, answered my phone call and all questions. Chimney liner seems solid and well built - looking forward to testing it out!

Great choice i did to go with fireside, they did a such great job to costume my chemney cap.

Ordering was simple. My cap was an odd size (large) but it was built and shipped in a week. The trucking company delivered a well packed pallet a few days later. The product was exactly as ordered and easy to assemble and install.

Customer service and help with our unique situation.
If we had a wish list, it would be for "white glove delivery".

Bill was great. He was able to answer my questions and get me all set up with what I needed to get my chimney ready for wood burning season.
The shipping was fast and free.
The liner and all parts look well made.
I'm a very happy customer

Well I am installing a new fireplace insert and shopped in the chimney liner/kits and somehow I only got the liner and I don't see how that was possible. So I called and explained that I need the kit (rain cap, chimney top flange and the connector for the liner to the insert) and could they complete the kit and charge me for the remainder of the kit> They said NO, so I have to ala karte the rest?? The could have made a very happy customer had they just allowed me to do that. I even offered to pay the shipping just to be a amicable customer. It cost me so much more for them not to allow this.

Very good product, great price, excellent service. Exactly what was needed to cover our stainless steel flue liner insert. Service was great, almost overnight.

Had the rain cap I needed in stainless steel at a reasonable price and got it to me in a couple of days. Checked all the boxes.
