Product was as described with super fast shipping!

Rapid shipment and helpful customer service ..

They have been very accommodating through the whole Process. Bill is very attention to detail and extremely helpful.

Fit and finish was great. Fit like a glove. Very happy. Thank you.

I was able to actually talk with owner or employee who helped me order the particular items my planed installation required. Ordered items came on time and in good condition . Items were also of good quality. I wish company could also provide installation instructions. Not everyone does these installations often.

Placed order online and it didn't get processed but I received a call the next morning and knowledgeable staff saw it through even followed up.

I had a question on a liner kit. Bill answered very quickly and was very courteous. He told me "order the 7 inch, we'll know". I was taken a back, as you don't see that kind of response/service anymore. I greatly appreciated that.
Thanks Bill

The owner Bill Webster emailed me after I inquired about shipping date. He was unhelpful rude and dismissive. I canceled my order. I'd rather wait longer with someone else than reward a company that has no value for their customers with money.

After speaking with sales guy. We talked about what i had and recommended what I needed. It was exactly what I needed. First time fit. It was tough going down but after a few hours it was done. I appreciate all the advice and help. Thank you!

American made ,Quality steel construction.great design and professional services, fast delivery. On

The customer service was great. They knew exactly how to answer my questions and I made the purchase with Confidence. The product was easy to assemble and install. They included EVERYTHING I needed, including extra screws! The quality is excellent.

I would only hope that all my on-line purchases could result like this one did. Excellent.

Outstanding shipping and product. Liner ends were cut perfect and wrapped to prevent cuts. Shape was retained and pipe slipped into adaptors with no effort at all saving time AND blood. Fireside Chimney is my new go-to supply house.

Fast and accurate communication. Best price and customer service around. Suggested to a friend and he bought a liner kit too

Whole job took about an hour and a half. Received everything in three days. Looks great and works better.

Beautiful craftsmanship and quality piece that will last a lifetime. Great communication from the company. Received chimmey and cap in perfect condition.

Ordering was simple. Pipe and cap appear to be nice quality.

Made a purchase of rigid 6" Chimney Liner, & the online assistance was EXCELLENT. Thanks Bill.
