Great service, knowledgeable staff who help you get the right product for your environment. Kit arrived very promptly and directions were straightforward. Worse part was trying not to get the stick... ãã£ãšèŠã
Great service over the phone. I had two vertically cracked clay tiles in my chimney and wanted a quick and long last way to fix them. Talked with a great sales rep that knew his stuff and even called... ãã£ãšèŠã
The fit was perfect. It could of not have worked out any better if you actually came to measure and install it yourself. Good quality material and workmanship. Saved a bundle of money from the quote... ãã£ãšèŠã

I don't know how this company can sellâŠ
I don't know how this company can sell such crap.
Every corner had huge leaky corners.
I returned it because it would have filled the house up with smoke.
The guy I talked to is the reason I wrote this.
Pissey and arrogant.
No time for the customer.
It was he was right period.
Didn't want to listen that it was just a bad part.
He was sure I modified it.
Which I didn't.
Maybe work on quality control and your crappy attitude.
I'm sure your happy you screwed me out of the 50$ shipping.
For that social media will loose you alot more than that.
