Not enough tellers.
Everytime I go to the Beaverton location there are not enough tellers. I prefer to use the drive thru and I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time because there is not a teller for the drive thru. He has to keep running back and forth from the lobby to serve me. Why don't you schedule enough tellers. What happened to customer service. Yours is poor.

How to reconfigure an acct after the extg acct was hacked
Travis Winslow was very professional in his presentation of the changes in the new accts vs the old ones and in setting up appts with both a financial advisor and an insurance advisor to ensure my wife and I will be covered and protected to the maximum extent possible.

Excellent customer service
Shivani reached out to check in on my account and see if there could be any improvements. We were able to identify a number of ways that'd help reduce expenses and increase my savings. She was incredibly helpful and showed an honest interest in caring for my financial well-being. I would highly recommend going with First Tech and seeing Shivani if you're in the area!
