Five star service all around
Five star service all around. I have been with this bank for 20 years and I will never go anywhere else. Today’s visit I saw Shivani Maratha and Natalie Pollack. They helped me out with some insurance information and other things they sat down and talk to me and explained everything to me in great detail. I was so thankful for their help! I will never leave this bank. I’ve had nothing but the best service ever.

Shivani is very personable, patience, and knowledgeable in explaining setting a minor up for a debit card. She also offered to expedite the shipping for the new card for free in time for a trip.

I greatly enjoyed working with Shivani Marathe at First Tech. She was very personable, professional and easy to work with. She had several ideas related to my financial wellbeing (including car insurance) I would never have thought of. She will be my new banker for all my banking needs from now on.

Received great service
We went to Nimbus Branch to get a signature notarized. Shivani Merathe also helped us open an account and she printed some other necessary documents and checks. She was professional, courteous and a good listener. We were happy with her help.
