The demeanor, attitude and responsiveness of AJ, a rep at the Nimbus branch, was exceptional. He was knowledgeable and comforting, and once he was inserted into my family's banking difficulties, he worked admirably to help resolve them. He came out to a nursing home to help personally sort out issues, which was deeply appreciated.
I would have given 5 stars, but do want to point out that First Tech policies handicapped the initial response, which AJ then worked to resolve. My sister and I had both been working to deal with financial problems surrounding our father, who had been hospitalized and moved to a nursing home, and was also the victim of a catphishing scam. In brief, multiple staff would begin working with us, but then cut off all communications. I recognize they believed as a matter of policy they could only speak with my father directly, but the sudden absence of communication was disorienting and challenging, and caused significant delays in attempting to resolve some of the issues. Even simply responding to us to confirm they'd received our messages, but couldn't answer at the moment--and attempting to take more affirmative measures to get into contact with my father, if that was what was needed, would have gone a long way.
That said, overall, we were grateful for and appreciated the personal care, attention and assistance we ended up receiving.
