I'v been with First Tech for 34 years and on the Premier Program with Amber Fish for over 4 years. Amber is always there for any banking questions, requests like adding beneficiaries, adding new Accounts, CDs, Trust accounts, etc. Amber is very responsive throughout the day and saves me many trips to the local branch. She lets me know of new promotions & CD rates. I'm really grateful for having this service on First Tech with Amber. She is the best at her job. Even being remote to my location, I prefer her over someone in local office.

Masha ALARCON is a strong and reliable counterpart at Premiere First Tech. She consistently demonstrates a proactive approach ,moving my topics forward without needing close follow-up. Beyond speed, she brings clarity, making collaboration productive for me.

I’ve been with Firstech over 35 years since my early days with HP. Firstech always has been my primary bank, and I enjoyed their services very much. Lately I’ve increased my business with Firstech after my retirement, since their products, like bump up CDs met my requirements very well. Masha Alaron, as my primary contact, is paying attention to my requirements and working with me closely to ensure my accounts are properly served.
If anyone likes the small banking environment with friendly people, I’d would highly recommend Firstech.

Amber Fish at First Tech Credit Union has been a huge help to us over the past year. Managing both personal and business accounts can sometimes get complicated, but whether we have questions or run into a technical issue, she is always quick to respond and gets things sorted out efficiently. Personal Banking - using this personalized service with an dedicated resource that is reliable and proactive has greatly improved my banking experience. I am offered financial solutions, complex terms are explained before any transactions are executed. I never feel rushed in my one-on-one experiences since August of 2025 to date. My experience opening new accounts at the Bellevue, WA location was fast, seamless, and immediately trusted the team who assisted me. As a longtime member of another credit union, I can appreciate the member-first philosophy and I experienced it firsthand again at First Tech.

I have enjoyed many benefits from being a premier member of First Tech. The rates are slightly better than otherwise. There are the free personal check and wiring. The best part is that I get assigned a dedicated person, in my case Fatima, to handle my account. If I have any questions or needs, one phone call or email usually settles it. I don't have to chat with a BOT first or send mail to a general purposed customer service address. Everything is personalized and the response time is super quick.

Masha Alarcon from the Premier team has been great to work with. She has been very responsive and keeps me informed of any new developments with FirstTech and our accounts. Appreciate the support.

I am not only very happy with the manner Thao Huynh spoke with me during the course of opening a Business Account, I am also thrilled by her prompt response and professionalism.
