My mother and myself worked with Hong Vo at First Tech and he was excellent. He was incredibly helpful to my elderly mom to understand her accounts and explained all the products that are offered through First Tech. He made her feel very comfortable! I appreciated how patient he was explaining everything to us!

Christopher Ray is my Premier Financial Representative, and he has been exceptional to work with. He is a wonderful person who approaches every conversation with patience and genuine care. Christopher takes the time to thoroughly analyze your financial situation and consistently identifies opportunities that not only meet your needs but often exceed your expectations.

He is also incredibly attentive. Christopher remembers every detail you share with him and proactively reminds you of important dates so you never miss an opportunity. His thoughtfulness and professionalism make the entire experience both reassuring and rewarding.

It was helpful to have a knowledgeable person review my savings account and CD's with the goal of obtaining the highest yields on those accounts.

Premier rewards Banking - Amber Fish

Amber very quickly understood our needs and upgraded our accounts exactly as promised and all behind the scenes so the process was smooth and transparent.

Amber also clearly explained to us the process in advance and answered questions after completion.

I have banked with First Tech for 36 years now and still feels like the smaller "HP Federal Credit Union" back in the day, but with more features and services.
