Customer service is excellent. The Sammamish branch is a pleasure to go into.
Vantana Cornick is an excellent Premier Banker. She is professional, friendly and so helpful with any and all questions. She is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend working with her.

Our certificate of deposit was going to…
Our certificate of deposit was going to renew when we were out of town. I made arrangements with Mitzi Macias Barahona at the Cornell branch. She had reached out in the past when she noticed we weren't getting the benefit of our Premier membership. Mitzi set the renewal up with a new term and made the process stress free. Very happy with service
I was very appreciative of Emilee Gutierrez' knowledge, and the one thing she wasn't sure of she made the necessary contacts to find the answer. She took the time to make sure I understood everything. I also appreciated that she returned calls as promised - very rare these days!

Marco Semiz helped me set up a New Cd
Marco Semiz helped me set up a New Cd . I had an existing CD that was Matured and I was unable to understand what I needed to do to change it to a different CD. The 1st Tech website is very difficult for me to use > I am really grateful for Marco's help. I wish the Star Rating went higher so I am giving him a 10-Star
