As a premier member and as a 47 year 1st Tech member, I've always appreciated the sincere and excellent customer service from the staff. Hashim Hunaidi carries on the tradition of providing excellent service and solving customer problems. Nice job Hashim!

We've had a great experience working with Vantana Cornick at First Tech. She's always quick to respond, patient about explaining the details so we actually understand our options, and proactive. She'll often flag things before we even think to ask, which has made everything feel a lot less stressful.

I have been using First Tech since I moved to the USA in 2017. For my mortgage, insurance etc. Service has been great and consistent. Special mention to Eileen Alvarez, who goes always above and beyond to support us. Very responsive and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I have a great experience with Amber Fish, who is my First Tech Premier representative. She gives us frequent follow ups and informs us early all promotion opportunities that she thinks will benefit us. She answers all questions as best as possible and sometimes refers us to other financial experts. She even poses some topics that she thinks we should consider ahead of time. We have been with First Tech Credit Union for decades and it is still our key primary bank. We appreciate that First Tech assigns dedicated representatives like Amber Fish to us.

Benny Mirsan has been my go-to contact at this credit union for years now, and he consistently delivers. He responds quickly, gives me the information I need, and connects me with the right people when my question falls on a different department (e.g. insurance). More than anything, I trust him, and that's not something I say lightly about anyone handling my finances. Highly recommend.

Always enjoy talking to Eileen. She listens to my questions & gives her polite & honest opinions. She helped to modify,move & combine different FTFCU products to maximize returns. Last year, she was a big help in making the contacts I needed in order to transfer ownership of my deceased wife's FTFCU accounts.

First Tech has always been a great place to invest especially with their rates being much better than traditional banks.
