My contact at first tech, Amber Fish is absolutely amazing! She is the reason I stay with this bank! Anytime I have any questions, issues, or need anything I simply shoot her an email and she gets back to me immediately! She goes above and beyond to get me all the info I need and then some!

I’ve had an outstanding experience with my Premier Financial Representative, Samuel Frutos, who has supported my banking needs for many years. His professionalism, consistency, and genuine care have built a level of trust that truly reflects the best of First Tech Federal Credit Union.

I have been a member with First Tech for long time. I am always satisfy their excellent services. My Premier Financial Representative, Amber Fish, has made my experience very positive. She has helped me become a Premier Rewards member, opened a new share certificate & closed an old one.

Had my first meeting with Chris today and it was awesome. I asked a simple question about my trust and his diligence uncovered things weren’t quite set up the way they should be. I have been a member of First Tech since 1980, back when it was called Addison Avenue after Dave and Lucile Packard's Palo Alto garage. Since then the Credit Union has expanded and grown its services, and I have repeatedly chosen to stay their loyal customer.

I married into First Tech. Little did I know how pleasant banking could be. But it wasn't until we became premier bankers and had Emilee Gutierrez as our contact that we became passionate fans of First Tech. We had been premier bankers at Wells Fargo so we had pretty much no expectation of any help whatsoever. Emilee is amazing. She is responsive, incredibly smart, and wanted to put our money to work for us. Money that was sitting there doing nothing, she put into different services that fit within our schedule for when we needed to access more funds. She single-handedly earned us tens of thousands of dollars. I am forever grateful for her being so passionate about helping premier members.

We happily signed our kids up for accounts and now the whole family is First Tech forever.

My mother and myself worked with Hong Vo at First Tech and he was excellent. He was incredibly helpful to my elderly mom to understand her accounts and explained all the products that are offered through First Tech. He made her feel very comfortable!
