Ordered this rod on the 18/06/2025 and was delivered on the 19/06/2025 very Happy with the service i received. The rod was very well packed and undamaged and delivered by UPS. I would highly recommend glasgow angling centre for the service and advice which they offered me.

Damaged Goods - Excellent Customer Service.
It’s only when something goes wrong that you find out exactly what a company is like.
Great communication, issue resolved amicably. Highly recommended. Thank you Alex Martin for sorting this out.

Poor service. Buyer beware. Never again.

Purchased an FX air rifle from them and I somehow managed to get 5 pellets stuck in the barrel..!!?? Spoke to GARY WINGATE there whom was very helpful and suggested I send the rifle back to them and he'd have a look and see what he could do. Just received a call saying that he managed to remove the pellets and all was well.

Will definitely buy from them again.

Highly recommended.

Order from these people a car rod rack . Their courier failed to deliver stating nobody at home and that I had to collect!
Not what I agreed to when ordering
I complained to Adam simple said where the item was and offered no help and when I said I’d cancel simply accepted with no effort to assist
Won’t be going there again!

I ordered an item online from GAC and when it arrived, there was an issue with it. I was in Glasgow next day so I took it back to the store. The guys were brilliant, no quibble, no hassle and gave me a full refund. Excellent customer service.

First class service from Callum, and Ian at Edinburgh Angling store, West Granton Road, Edinburgh. Thank you both for your service. You are a credit to the company. Will continue to shop here in the future. A worthy company who deserves to be on Trustpilot.
