This is the second pair of Jordan dumbells I’ve bought from FitKit UK and they were cheaper than second hand ones on eBay.
Quick delivery too.

After spotting a deal of an ex-demo bike on the FitKit website I had a few questions - as ex-demo. However, the contact was hard to get hold, never avaible on the phone, and took days to answer my queries.
It took so long that the offer is now over and they will not honour the sale price which I am now not getting due to their poor service. Bike is now double the price!
Very unhappy and disappointed.
Awaiting a response to my email expressing my annoyance and disappointment.

They sell you equipment that's on the brink of dying, used or not - they were aware of the problem and didn't rectify it themselves. They don't care about people trying to live healthier lifestyles from home, they just care about the profit it brings.

I bought a cross trainer and after a few weeks of use, it started saying low battery, as a second-hand business you don't sell products that you are aware are on their last legs.

Always go gym, it's much easier on the pockets and you don't run into dishonest people like this along the way.

Shaf, operations manager went out of his way to be helpful in my search for a Precor replacement cross trainer. In the end I didn’t require it because I was guided to a replacement console saving me a good deal of money. Old style service & help. Excellent !

The spin bike we ordered was broken when delivered, but clearly was damaged in transit.
Fitkit were brilliant and sent out a replacement bike within two days and couldn’t have been more helpful.
I dealt with Luke who was awesome.

I have dealt with a few gym equipment sellers and like to mention Fitkit is the best out of the lot.

I dealt with Shaf who is efficient and most importantly patient with the decision making process.

I’m an overseas buyer which makes the deal a lot more complicated. Shaf managed to solve all the challenges that came along the way and made the process really easy.

Honest lads and all I can I say is , you can trust them with your money.

Bought a treadmill earlier in the year which broke after less than two months. We were sent a replacement part as luckily had 3 months warranty but after very little use at all the replacement part nearly caught fire and fit kit won’t acknowledge this as it’s no longer in warranty. Would never recommend buying anything off them as it’s a good chance you’ll end up paying the same amount again to repair the supposedly good conditioned treadmill

I bought a Technogym Excite+ 1000 Unity Synchro. And I’ve got to say it is immaculate. It was also a quick delivery, so I didn’t have to wait too long to get to use it, and it is so smooth, and quiet.
I also had a few questions about the cross trainer. And the customer service was excellent. Also If you like interest free credit like me, then the finance option was very easy and straight forward.
I would highly recommend Fitkit, and I would definitely use them again.

I haven’t even received my order and I am already impressed with their service. I was happy enough to find weight plates at a good price and then they called to check that I meant to order one 5kg plate instead of two. Happy to give them 5 stars

Excellent service. I ordered a set of Jordan body pump barbell and weights which arrived quickly but found I had 1 1.25 kg and 3 2.5kg weight plates. Quick email response and another plate delivered direct from Jordan with very speedy delivery.

I have made a couple of orders of used York bar plates. They arrived really quickly with DPD and were great value.
