Awful, scammers, avoid!
Awful, unhelpful and utter scam artists.
Ordered a treadmill, when it arrived it didn't fit the room it was meant for, so I contacted them to discuss return options. They told me they didn't offer a return service and simply sent me a link to a Google search for the word "couriers".
After having to find my own courier and spending £200 to return the treadmill, they then told me I'd be subject to a cancellation fee of £200 as the item wasn't in its original box. I asked how to return it beforehand and their letter clearly stated that the original box wasn't necessary, hence why I didn't use it. All bar the treadmill base were in their original packaging, the treadmill base was unused. They are still refusing to refund me in full. Absolutely disgusting, avoid them at all costs.

As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, which are agreed to at the time of purchase, we do not offer a free returns or collection service for change‑of‑mind purchases. Customers are required to arrange and cover the cost of return themselves, which is why guidance is provided rather than a booked courier.
We do accept items back unboxed, however, where a product is returned without its original packaging and/or in multiple parts, it can no longer be resold as new. In this case, the treadmill will need to be fully inspected, tested, and re‑prepared before it can be offered for sale again. For this reason, a cancellation/re‑stocking fee was applied, which was advised to you when you enquired about returning the treadmill.
We always aim to be as transparent as possible, and all of this information is made available prior to purchase. We also offer multiple channels — including product descriptions, specifications, customer service support, and pre‑sale advice — to help customers confirm sizes, dimensions, and suitability before ordering online.
We’re sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations, but we can assure you that the process followed was in line with our policies and the guidance provided at the time.

Sole F89 Fitness Superstore Northampton
I recently visited the Fitness Superstore Northampton to decide whether to replace my elliptical trainer or switch to a treadmill. The store has an excellent range of equipment available to try, which made comparing options very easy.
During our visit we met Jordan Chester, the store manager, who was extremely helpful. He took the time to walk us through the features of several machines and answer all our questions, without any pressure to make a purchase. It was great to be able to leave, think things over, and make a decision in our own time.
In the end, we chose the Sole F89 Treadmill. Jordan was fantastic in arranging the pricing and delivery, making the whole process smooth and straightforward.
The treadmill arrived today and was delivered and installed by a great team who set everything up perfectly.
We would definitely recommend this store to anyone considering buying new fitness equipment.

Leg/ext. equipment
I dealt with customer service rep. Hugh, I'd initially called up to ask questions before ordering and all the information I needed to know was answered by Hugh. He also made me aware of discount on the product I wanted that I wasn't aware of which was a nice surprise.
I had problems making payment over the fitness site which was frustrating as my card wasn't accepted for some reason, so Hugh emailed all the info. I needed to go into my bank to carry out the transaction there, and then confirmed with me that everything had gone through.
Apart from the payment issue on the Fitness Superstore site, the customer service that I received from Hugh was great, enough so, that I'd ask to deal through him with any future purchases I decide to make.

I am currently on hold (20 minutes) waiting for someone to answer and this is my 7th call and numerous emails...
I brought my wife a rowing machine for Christmas and to date it still isn't working which is disgraceful...
I have purchased many pieces of equipment from fitness superstore but this will be the last and I would advise anyone reading this post to think carefully before you purchase as a good price isn't the only consideration to make in my view...
O and finally before I post it have just been hung up on after 25 minutes of being told that my call is important to them, REALLY 🤥

I recently visite fitness superstore to purchase a new running machine for my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Hugh assisted me, and from the moment I walked in, the service was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, explained the different options clearly, and made sure I chose a running machine that suited my needs.
