We were looking for potentially buying a treadmill. As less fit individuals, we were quite nervous going in and we weren’t sure what kind of reception we’d receive as this wasn’t our usual environment.

However, the experience quickly put us at ease. We were given the perfect amount of time to browse and explore on our own first, which we really appreciated. Then Jordan approached us at just the right moment and we were able to ask questions and get some genuinely helpful advice.

Jordan was polite, professional and clearly very knowledgeable about the different treadmills. He made thoughtful recommendations based on our needs and sizes, all without making us feel uncomfortable in any way.

When it came to pricing, he also helped by applying a discount and clearly explained the payment options. The whole process was smooth, straightforward and stress-free.

Visited the Northampton Branch and was straight away met with great service, to find out exactly what I need so I can be shown the best equipment for my requirements! There's a huge range of amazing equipment on display for almost anything you need Gym & Fitness related. This can be further seen on the website with the entire stock available to browse. The team were very helpful in catering to my needs and recommending the best products suited to me and explained everything so well on multiple occasions. Jordan is the most helpful retail person I have spoken to in a long time. I called to enquire about a treadmill I wanted to purchase online but couldn’t due to technical issues with my card provider.
