I ordered new or replacement exercise bike from the Norwich store.
The guy I spoke to on the telephone was an absolute delight, one of the most helpful Sales assistants I’ve ever dealt with
Jordan Smith. Maybe I’ve underrated him by calling a sales assistants.
I’d highly recommend the Norwich store for any fitness gear you need.

Not my first visit to the Norwich store and as ever the service was impeccable. Richard was helpful and knowledgeable about the products. On this occasion I was looking for a quality spin bike for home use. Richard did not try to sell me the most expensive item in the store, but carefully assessed my needs and directed me towards durable bike that I am really happy with. If ever I am looking for home gym purchases Fitness Superstore will always be my first choice

Unsurpassable product knowledge
Jordan was very helpful, his product knowledge appeared endless. I went in to look at treadmills (all I found to be taking up too much space) no pressure from Jordan he came up with the solution and I came out with an air bike which I’m very pleased with (well I will be when I’ve built it.) An excellent shopping experience.
