I would give zero stars if possible. I have spent nearly four months trying to get our treadmill fixed after it broke down. After sending all requetsed details, videos etc. we are still waiting. They do not answer the phone or respond to emails. Please steer clear of this company, you have been warned!

This company is a disgrace. Ordered item on the 3rd of August and still waiting on delivery. Same old story when I ring up to enquire about item when they say it will be delivered within days. Its got to the stage now where they dont even answer my phonecalls. The people i dealt with must be guilty getting wages for not doing much. Stay well clear of this company. An absolute joke of a company

My experience couldn’t be more different than yours Damian. Getting a response from this company is an ordeal. I have spent nearly seven months trying to get an issue resolved. It’s rare to get anyone picking the phone up. I have been promised return calls from Isobel that never materialise. Abysmal.

A company that still talks to and listens to customers rather than forcing the customer to do everything online.
I had a complicated problem concerning my treadmill and they provided help and advice to get my problem resolved.
All staff I spoke to were patient and knowledgeable.
If you have a problem with any gym type equipment,this company will do it’s best to help you.Damian.
