Wish I could give it zero stars. Pathetic company. 7 hours since reporting an emergency leak and still nothing back. My house is ruined because of this pathetic company. Avoid at all costs.

Since using fixflo work has been much easier.
By tenants reporting issues on there, it has been much easier for myself and my team to manage with property issues.
Would recommend to all.

Fixflo is very helpful and saves you a lot of time when dealing with maintenance issues. This system is very easy and clear to use, even by for the tenants. The customer service is great as well; the Fixflo team responds really quickly to all queries.

We have been using Fixflo for around 18 Months and have continued to get great service from James whenever we have questions or improvements! Fixflo allows us to manage a great volume of maintenance requests ad report accurately on how jobs progress and keep us getting issues sorted for our tenants and landlords quickly and efficiently!

Fixflo is an amazing platform that helps us save time with our company maintenance tasks. Our customer service representative, Marcela, is always on call to help us with anything we might need.

Having worked in property management for the best part of 10 years, I have never come across such a straight forward and incredible easy system to manage, that aid's a business as much as Fixflow! Residents love it and it has really boosted our residents satisfaction when reporting issues.. the back office reporting functions are equally as good! Marcela Kralickova in particular has been incredible, her patience and understanding with us has been very much appreciated(we are not an easy client!), and her customer service is second to none! James has also been a real help! Highly recommend!

We implemented Fixflo circa two years ago and having this system has helped to make our internal processes much more efficient. It's user friendly both on the front and back end, and working closely with Marcela has ensured we always have quick support when required!

Fixflo portal works well for all users, its quick and easy to operate. It has loads of options and team is very supportive.

Working with Greg and his team at Fixflo is fantastic; no matter what the request is he always takes it forward and builds a solution which works super effectively.
