Greg Matthews has been a great help, with us setting up with Fixflo. Friendly and knowledgeable.
Staff are always on hand to assist with any queries and are polite and very helpful
We have used Fix Flow for a number of year now.
We find it easy to navigate and assist with the legal requirements / repairs for our property management company.
If we need any assistance our experience has always been positive with a prompt response.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I called them for help with a broken boiler, and they never showed up to fix it. It was freezing in my house, and I was left without heat for days. Their lack of response and reliability was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend their services to anyone in need of emergency repairs.

We have been a week without heating and hot water despite reporting it three times as emergency. No communication on when the issue will be sorted. We’ve been told on the phone that the engineers are too busy and we have to live for over 8 days in this cold weather without heating and hot water in the city of London .

Fixflo has been an integral addition to our maintenance team. I truly believe no property manager should have to work without it! Shout out to Joe Goss and Alice Hill who have been amazing in supporting us through the transition.

As a tenant, I found this a poor experience. No responses from the maintenance provider after 1 week of raising an issue and no way to directly escalate an issue within the app or ask for a different provider so I had to escalate with my landlord separately.

I work for the Diocese of Bath and Wells as the Diocesan Surveyor / Property Manager with a portfolio of 250 houses and 3000 acres of land.
We moved from our old property system in early 2023 after undertaking a 6-month review of our systems and processes. We looked at multiple products, considering cost, usability, compliance etc and found that Fixflo as the best option.
6 months down and Fixflo has not disappointed. The property occupants have embraced the system to report issues and the contractors are using the system to receive instructions, report back issues and provide quotes. We can report issues and instruct works or quote request very simply.
Part of my role is to oversee the compliance and H&S of the portfolio. The work planner and the dashboard has enabled the team and myself to ensure that we are compliant and see compliance status easily.
In regard to contractor management again this is very good, they can manage their work flow / instructions on the system sending photos, reports, questions, quotes and invoices within the system. We on the other hand can manage them reviewing their performance, seeing feedback and most importantly making sure they are compliant in regards to their insurance, asbestos, working from height, Gas safe etc.
Customer service has been great. Any issues we have had have been looked at and resolved within a few days. They are also very open and encourage ideas and suggestions on how they can improve the system.
Joe Goss was great at helping me understand the product, how it will help me and my team. Also Thomas Moffat who managed the Set up.

Fixflo is an amazing product that every property professional needs! It saves me time, keeps me compliant and also adds an extra added benefit for staff, tenants, and suppliers. I've been using FixFlo for a few years now and have upgraded my system as my portfolio grows. I couldn't operative without it. It's also good to know that customer support is available within the system. Joe Goss and Marcela Kralickova have been fantastic on transitioning my system and making sure I use the most out of it. Thank you both.

Very pleased with the product, it has helped to group our maintenance together in one place as we manage over 80 sites.
I've found the team very easy to work with, we've had regular support and training throughout.

Fixflo has made some great improvements in our business and enabled us to manage repair & maintenance requests a lot better.
My only reason for 4* is due to some changes still needed that would make it even better to work with, and that I know the Team are already working on.
Greg is great to work with, was a massive help in the setup and is always at hand if anything is ever needed - massive thanks!

Unless you are a large Housing Association, don't expect any customer service.
We are 250 home letting agent, too small to be allocated an appointed contact.
The phone numbers go to voicemail, no one calls back, no out of office when on leave, leaves me feeling, they simply don't care!
If you are looking to integrate with your CRM, check the functions they claim are already in place, working and tested, their website showed joint functionality with agent OS, six months later we simply got a "minimal viable product", with little to no functionality, all in all, we don't feel valued, and they don#t seem to care!

simply does not work, fault reports are logged but absolutely no action and not passed over to Pro Call the agent who then is supposed to arrange the work. No telephone number to call and no response to multiple emails. Wonder if maybe the company has folded as doesn’t seem to be anyone responding.

What an amazing asset Marcela is to Fixflo and we can’t thank her enough. She went above and beyond to deliver on an integration project and if it was not for her we would not be in the position we are now. It took many months of hard work in pushing this integration through and there were times when she did a lot of this work herself manually due to problems with the software we were integrating with. She really is worth her weight in gold and we look forward to working with her and the Fixflo team for many years to come.
