So far I have been disappointed with my experience. The communication has been ok, but Iâve had to chase up more often then I would like. I have also had my vehicle delivered without some of the inclusions. Iâve tried calling several times to find out what has happened but have had no contact. I can only hope it improves.

What a great experience and a breathe of fresh air dealing with fleet choice was. I had a lease with another company and reached out for a quote for a new vehicle. Bradley Thompson, the lease consultant helping me, was an absolute legend throughout the entire process. He is an asset to Fleet Choice, and i am very appreciative with the swift turn around time he provided me. From the initial quote, credit check and settlement, through to picking up my Range Rover - he managed to get that all done within 3 days. Thanks again Brad.

When I first started the process of getting quotes to lease a car, I had never don e it before, I was vey impressed with the way Thomas keep in in contact with me. I rang three companies and asked for a quote giving them the same information on what I wanted. Thomas was the only person to follow up with me firstly to make sure I had received the quote and then again after a few days after receiving the quote. I started this process in mid September and to this day none of the other companies have made any follow up calls at all.
I gave a two week period for them to get back to me but in the end I decided to go with Fleet Choice for the very fact that Thomas was the only one to call me and follow up with questions either over the phone or a written response via email. One of the other providers was a bit cheaper but I could not go past the excellent service I received from Thomas. When I called and he wasn't available there was no being put on hold and listening to 10-20 minutes of some garbage music or promotional tribe, it was a brief message from Thomas and he would always get back to me, within minutes most times.
I could not recommend another company, service provider or business more highly than Fleet Choice. I have worked for the government for 23 years and in my job as a Deputy General m
Manager I have had to contact many internal and external agencies for multiple reason and I can say not one of them could give me serviced anywhere near what I have been given by Fleet Choice.

Bad account set up and negative numbers always in arrears.
Before signing the contract with them for my car, the customer service was great, picking up the phone immediately; very friendly. Now that I have been with the lease for several months, the Finance component in my account is always in negative numbers, and when I have a reimbursement to be processed it is delayed because my account is always in red numbers. Because of Covid restrictions I am hardly spending any money in fuel and maintenance, so these two are balancing my whole account, but this should not be the case. The finance component is the one I cannot manage. It is fixed.
I have asked the account manager to look into this problem with absolutely no success. It is getting to the point that I am seriously considering paying out the car and getting rid of the novated lease.
I am amazed at how appalling the customer service is. What a lack of interest in solving the problem.
I will not consider them again as an option for a novated lease.
