Fleetchoice appeared as the most knowledgeable and open to discussing the whole ins and outs of the novated lease process. Very easy to work with.

Great service by Mary, very helpful and explained everything as requested.

Kevin helped me on understanding novated leasing and would call me regularly with updates and what i need to do. He was always prompt to reply and professional. I will be recommending Fleet Choice to a number of my colleagues.

Fleet choice were a great company to organise purchasing my new vehicle through! Upon sending my initial enquiry the response was very quick which prompted me to progress forward with Fleet Choice. Mary Hatzi was the consultant looking after me throughout the process and with each interaction was very helpful, friendly, and professional.

The timeline for obtaining the vehicle was unusually longer than anticipated. The replacement head unit (defective) timeline remains unconfirmed, no commitment in writing on the order no. with expected delivery date (to indicate proof of order at time of confirmation of vehicle non committal for delivery)y, Further Fuel car comes 7-10 working days after delivery of vehicle, also Insurance was for 31-7-2020, delivery of vehicle 12-8-2020, with special arrangements made by me personally to bypass protocol for bank clearance at dealership. Inconvenience to customer and impact of using defective head unit (controls not only GPS, radio, but heated seats) for undefined period was not compensated for.

Considering circumstances, there was no offset offered due to delays and unconfirmed timelines of head unit.

Very painful process for my family and I.

This is the 2nd time I have used Fleetchoice to lease a vehicle. Mary Hatzi has arranged both vehicles for me, she is super professional and has made the process very easy and quick. I would definitiely recommend Fleetchoice and Mary as the consultant, if you can get her, and you'll have your new wheels in no time.

Sadly, my experience was not good and left a lot to be desired. Having transferred employers, all I needed to happen was to get my novated lease from my-then current employer (which was not a lease through Fleet Choice) transferred across to my new employer, incl. completing all required documentation. I completed all documentation required of me immediately upon receipt of it from Fleet Choice. But I then had to follow up Fleet Choice a number of times over a number of weeks just to get all of the arrangements in place. Frankly, I would have expected Fleet Choice, and not me, to have 'led' this process. Sorry, Fleet Choice, not such a good rating from me this time around....

Would I use FleetChoice again? Most definitely
