Having a travel agent to arrange a last minute and complicated trip for a funeral made all the difference at a difficult time, as well as a person to help navigate a visa issue

Once again I received excellent service from Flight Centre and special mention to the Travel Consultant Kim G. I felt genuinely listened to, and all my requests were satisfied. The timings are perfect for public transport outbound and inbound and it’s a favourite airline plus the price was right! Definitely will use again.

Shell was great! She listened to my needs for a complicated USA event tour including one very small out of the way location, and managed to end up with a sensible itinerary at a reasonable price. No hesitation at giving a 5* review.

Time to return to the Flight Centre in Chelmsford to book my flights to Fort Myers, Florida. As last time, Abigail Mayes looked after me. She is a credit to Flight Centre, friendly, polite and knowledgeable.
I’m now all sorted with thanks to Abigail.

Mel has been so very helpful in assisting us in planning our trip

I had a family emergency that meant needed a flight to China on a few hours notice. I had options and was on a plane that evening. When I needed to extend my stay, again at short notice, the emergency number service was unbelievable. They answered immediately and sorted the change in flight with zero fuss. I have been using flight centre for years for my overseas travel and have never been anything but satisfied and impressed with their service, especially this time when I had a lot on my plate to deal with. Thank you.

For whatever reason they couldn’t match the prices that I was able to find on the Internet. It was worth asking them to quote me for flights but in my humble opinion, you’re better off using Skyscanner or Trip.com

I'm quite fussy about which airline I fly with, transfer times and departure times. Caroline always accomodates my requests with kindness and in a timely manner. Whether it's family travel or solo travel, I always prefer to use Flight Centre and to speak to Caroline, because I know everything is covered. We're probably looking at over 10 years of working together!

Absolute pleasure to deal with Mel, always helpful and goes that extra mile to deal with all our travel issues. Would never go anywhere else to source our holiday adventures.

All the staff were really helpful and friendly with a good sense of humour too. Our hotels were first class. Luckily we had no problems on our trip but feel confident they would have given any help we needed.
Would definitely recommend them and will use them again ourselves.

She has been so kind, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process, making what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless. We recently booked our holiday to Spain through the Flight Centre Richmond branch, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.

A special thank you to Kimberly Humphreys, who went above and beyond to make everything so easy for us. She was incredibly helpful, patient, calm, and always approachable. No question was ever too much trouble, and she resolved every query or concern quickly and professionally.

Kimberly made the whole booking process completely stress-free, and her excellent customer service gave us great confidence throughout our trip planning. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and genuinely caring.

I can’t praise or thank Kimberly enough for everything she did. She is a real credit to Flight Centre, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommended!

The speed of the reply

Rachael and staff are very efficient and there is always someone available. Always willing to check different options and the prices are very competitive.
I would sooner pay a bit more to always have someone available and at the end of the phone if needed.
Everything worked and I had a great trip.
