I wi start by saying we bought three Delta airlines non-stop intâl tickets on their site for $413 each, about a third of prices we had seen, so I was skeptical theyâd turn out to not be legitimately priced. I expected to have to ask for a refund from Amex. A day later I get a call and email saying they hadnât been processed (payment either). I called back and spoke with Duke, who had reached out. He walked me through reasons these tickets werenât able to be booked. He was patient, informative, credible and helpful as he shared other options. We were presented with tickets roughly double what original was ordered, however, these tickets were still a third less than the exact same tickets on Delta- I checked on Delta app while he was confirming final pricing. We decided to purchase them and everything else was smooth. He took time to make sure we were confident in the decision and explained exactly what process was after purchase. Overs a great experience and he was excellent. My one concern with their business model is that they should state clearly when one purchases online that tickets may not be available and what they do to protect you. There is some language but it should be more clearly presented as part of the checkout process. I think customers will feel more confident if they do. I am hay and would check on their site more regularly, specify now that flights have become so costly. Thank you Duke!

Good Price, but a Stressful and Unpleasant Booking Experience
I do want to give credit where it is due: we ultimately received our tickets at a good price, and I appreciate that the operator worked with us to complete the booking.
However, the overall experience was unfortunately quite stressful and unpleasant. The itinerary we initially believed we had booked and paid for, and for which we had received a confirmation, turned out not to have actually been ticketed. We were then presented with a different option, which made the experience feel very much like a bait-and-switch.
Communication was also difficult. During phone conversations, I frequently felt talked over and pressured rather than listened to, which made an already stressful situation more uncomfortable. I would have appreciated a calmer, more transparent explanation of what was happening and the opportunity to ask questions without being interrupted.
In the end, I am grateful that we received valid tickets and that the price was good. However, the process leading up to that point left a lot to be desired. I hope the company can improve its transparency during the booking process and provide customers with a more patient and respectful communication experience.

Bait-and-switch â booked $672.80, they tried to charge $1,099.92 after
Booked a round-trip flight to Indianapolis for two people through Flightforall.com for a confirmed $672.80 total. The next day I got an "URGENT ACTION REQUIRED" email and a voicemail saying my booking wasn't confirmed and I needed to call back to discuss "the possible price." I never called or paid anything further. Days later I got another email saying my booking was "cancelled" and offering to rebook the same trip for $549.96 per person ($1,099.92 for two) â over $400 more than what I'd already booked and paid confirmed pricing for, with zero explanation.
This is a textbook bait-and-switch: quote a cheap fare to get you to book, then use a fake urgency campaign to push a much higher price after the fact. Do not give this site your payment information. Book directly with the airline instead.
