Scott Phillip lied and switched prices. It seems Flight for All made more money than the airline. I was given a price and then I was told that didnât work so we had to switch prices. Shortly after giving our credit card info we mysteriously had 15-20 uses of our card. I did t use this credit card for anything else. Fraud I think!!!

Not the best experience. We went to this website because it offered flights for a little bit cheaper than booking directly with Southwest but a couple of days after booking AND paying, I was contacted to let me know that my flights for that price advertised was no longer available. I was told I would have to pay over $400 more for the same round trip flights. I was also told that paying more would allow me to pick our seats ahead of time so I agreed although this ended up not saving any money from just booking with Southwest directly (which may I add would have been a whole lot simpler.) Well, after paying the difference, I looked up my reservation with Southwest and seats are NOT included, I have to pay to pick them before check in. I regret using this site and would have paid the same to just book with Southwest directly.

I first went on this sight through cheapflights.com. I selected 3 tickets at $251.60 round trip per person from Virginia to Puerto Rico in November. I was like this is a great price. I kept checking to make sure it went through, it kept saying pending processing. So I called in and got Scott Phillips. He as a person was awesome but when I tell you they did a quick bait and switch on me and charged an additional $198.00 per person to my request. Granted the Southwest site did have a higher amount if I booked directly through them I wasnât given the price I was initially quoted. So the staff was awesome but the way they trick you into buying from them is insane. I wasnât really ready to get my tickets just checking for great pricing and I thought thatâs what I was getting but not quite what I got
