The guys were very good. Helped amend our booking and kept in touch by telephone when we had a problem so went over and above with customer service. By far the cheapest flight prices we found online. Will use them again.

However, my tension level decreased because they were both very composed and kind. Unlike other travel agents who only care about getting their commission, they are sincere individuals who know how to provide excellent client service. This is a replica travel agency using the same brand names with another located in the US. Their claims are bogus. I suspect that flightforus.co.uk, is the main operation. It's hard to know when you get on the phone if you are talking to someone in the US or UK. They own multiple domains and it will be very hard to figure it out. There are similar/same entities linked to the UK (Great Britain). The scam remains the same, you think you booked a ticket and you don't hear back from them. Once you call them, they will pull the switch on you. They will claim the cheap fare was sold out or was not available anymore. How they will offer you the most expensive flight. You don't get the deal. You might as well buy the tickets from the airlines directly. Be very careful. In front of your eyes you will be played with bait and switch pricing for tickets you can book on your own. Avoid at all cost, you will not save any money.
