Terrible customer service. Unclear returns process. Wouldn’t accept a return a few days late. Lack of after sale support

A great product
A great product. Once laid, even though it was only 3mm thick you could hear the difference straight away.
Great product, great service.

Floorscan Acoustics Ltd からの回答
Hi Maxim,
Following on from our conversation yesterday we are happy to assist with solving the issue. As discussed, showing on our system the product you ordered online was the product you received, although from our conversation I now understand this was not the product you intended to order.
We have taken on your feedback and always try our best to show clarity and the subtle differences between some of our products.
As you can tell by our other reviews this is not a regular occurrence.
