Good so far. However, been struggling for shift this time around.

The app is straightforward.
Although I been asked to do more training, so I will be getting access to more shifts. I done what I was asked but not get access to more shifts and the one available were paid less. The ASAP shifts were paid better now they are paid the same rate and there is no better payment for the weekends either, nor for bank Holidays.
We are getting paid less and the demands are too high. We are underpaid and underappreciated.

Florence staffing is always supporting and reaching out to me and providing training when necessary . Thanks for the opportunity to serve and help others

My experience working with Florence had been a great one. A good pay rate per hour and the increase in the number of students' shift from less than 20hrs per week to 20hrs per week is worthy of commendation.

Florence has given awide exposure to nursing fields.
Ilike the way Florence aligns my CV to different areas of work,I have been picked by new employers with different tasks.
Florence is prompt in their pay,
My tax,pension, p60 ,p45,holiday is all catered for.

I like using the app which is easy to use and straight forward. I have had prompt response from the team through the chart and have solved any issues I had. I am so happy and grateful to work for Florence

Florence has always been great….
The app was well constructed the company always offers a win win situations….

My only regrets has been the company not offering sponsorship so we had to go to another which reduces the number of shifts we take from Florence….

All the same, Florence has been great….

I love working for Florence. I enjoy the fact that you can get paid instantly after you clock out of your shift, there’s always someone available at the other end of the phone if you need help. It’s just a shame the shifts have dried up quite a bit as I’ve now had to take a full time job. I love the variety with Florence and the fact that you can rate a homes. Very handy to know the rating of an home by other nurses prior to applying for a shift!

Efficient ,easy interactions which saves precious time to give care

Florence App is the best

The actual distance to work doesn't correspond app distance. But overall performance is good. Secondly we don't know who to get hold of when in needy or I was not supported when trying to raise my concerns.

At the beginning was amazing, Florence used to pay enough for what you do and it was worth it working for them but now their pay went down, at some points is the same as the permanent staff in a nursing home (including the holiday pay is match that, to be clear). So yes not really worth to leave your full-time job for florence, just go to florence to do some overtime. But now the good part woth florence is that you cand pick and choose your shifts when you want and where you want.
