Florance always looks out for their staff in every way. If there’s a shift cancellation they will notify me and when I need to phoned them I don’t have long to wait to be answered thanks

The flexible working and the


The flexible working and the availability of work was brilliant.
However I was heavily penalised for one genuine mistake and was blocked from working up to now. Usually I would communicate to cancel a shift. On this particular day I did not even phone, because I thought I had booked for the following day and was not even aware I had missed work.

Reliable and supportive

Florence is one of the reliable agency around. Shift is always available at a reasonable rate and all the administrative staff are willing to support within their own capacity.

So far do good,I booked my shifts


So far do good,I booked my shifts swiftly via app it’s very efficient.
Staff are so helpful ,no problems at all,worked with Jamie and Soren friendly and helpful.
I recommend this nursing agent.

The best company to work with.

Staff are always there to help you when you need help, be it through telephone or live online Chart. Instant payment after you finish work and sign out makes life a bit easier when you need money instantly, highly recommended.
Well done Florence Team.
