Excellent service, really helpful with the artwork questions, timings and delivery spot on. The finished banner is high quality including the handy carry case, which was a pleasant surprise. I will use them again.

Recently, we have had the pleasure of dealing with fluid branding to organize 108 company branded mugs. Megan was brilliant throughout the whole journey and our order arrived a day or two earlier than expected. Excellent service!

50 game shirts for staff various sizes, the sizing was ridiculous. Medium fitting more like small, larges likes mediums. Absolutely shocking. The inaccuracy actually made members of staff self conscious and refuse to wear them. We got what we ordered and the printing is good. But the size were so misleading. If I’m buying a medium I expect a medium, not a small labelled as a medium.

Ordered shirts & gilets 1 week later told me out of stock order cancelled said they would send me refund! Refund for gilets but still sent me out the worst quality shirts ever & charged 🤦🏼‍♂️

Continuous chasing up for a response, with one member of the team out another simply didn't respond despite multiple attempts at asking for an update/help, did not take on the responsibility for covering. 3rd party supplier sent a large order embroidered with incorrect branding, leaving them useless for commercial use, despite artwork being provided and proofs matching- seems to be a communication disconnect and lack of quality checking/approval process before dispatch. Received a refund but unfortunately this doesn't reverse time wasted, stress and missed opportunities

Product is fab but the size was smaller than i thought .

They were easy to work with a created the perfect personalised items!

Pleased with the service and the end result, with good communication throughout.
Its a shame it took so long to receive the VAT invoice though.
