Lots of the Fluid emails went to my junk folder but the team were always responsive when I contacted them directly. Product looks great, very happy with it.

Excellent service from Ellyn and Megan. I came across the company by chance when just googling for products for a trade fair. Emails were answered promptly and deadlines I requested were respected. I will definitely use again.

Quality of the pens and the print on the pens were very good, very high quality. Their communication was great and problems were sorted very quickly. I would recommend.

Poor show. Missed communications where there was a transfer of ownership for the order meaning invoices were going to a defunct email address to someone who left despite clear and evidential comms to Fluid. My organisation was left with no swag for a very large event. Account manager was indifferent until I mentioned we may still want to order for a future event and the tone sharpened significantly. Clearly no "account management" skills whatsoever. I would highly NOT recommend

Really great product and great support before hand. Everything went to plan. After delivery I was sent a second invoice and tried to be charged a second time for my order. I replied with date and time of first payment and asked for confirmation and heard nothing back since.

Badges where exactly as seen online and very high quality

Dealing with fluid was a very simple and straightforward process and given we had a short deadline for delivery of the Face Masks we wanted to order they did not let us down.

I was tasked by my MD to "arrange a Christmas gift" for our 200+ contracted clients. After my initial conversation with her (in which i gave her no real direction other than an idea of budget) she was back to me within the hour with a plethora of varied and brilliant ideas.

Once our decision was made Naomi and her team whisked me through their easy and efficient "admin" process.

The goods arrived well within the lead time originally indicated and they are of great quality and look fantastic.
