Really good mouse
Hello there!
The mouse is spectacular, the sensor is perfect and the lightweight makes it easy, for lowsens players like me, to turn-around in many situation on fps games.
It's not a 5 star review just for one thing. Your software on my pc doesn't show the battery percentage correctly. If i plug the mouse in for example, at first it shows 50% but if i plug out the mouse anche then plug it in again immediately it shows 90 or 100% . I think it's a software bug but maybe it's just on my pc.
Last but not least, the battery is so so durable. I can use the mouse for a week and the battery does not get low on percentage.
Overall a really good mouse, thanks for the effort you put in building it. Its really game changing.

Scammed
The keyboard makes a buzzing sound when RGB is turned on and fnatic support refuse to let me return the keyboard after only 1 day. They do not allow returns even though there website says you have 14 days.

The possible RGB buzzing you mentioned, can be caused due to the PWM (Pulse-width modulation) which is how the LEDs within the keyboard power and adjust their brightness levels, this can happen on other mechanical gaming keyboard brands as well, and isn't deemed as a defect, a further explanation about that can be found here: https://help.fnatic.com/support/solutions/articles/77000515936-buzzing-coil-whine.

Nice products and shady practices
Can't complain on the company, item was shipped fast and their customer support is great.
Why 2 stars then: my French layout Ministreak keyboard came with a manufacturing defect: a keycap is missing. The support told me they have a problem with the French layout and can't send me the missing cap. Well, it happens.
However:
- the FR layout is still listed in their site with no mention of this issue, although they are aware about it
- I was invited to write a review on their site, which I took time to do, with a 4/5 rating, I mentioned the FR layout issue, so they just not published my review. So, DON'T trust their review section, it's heavily filtered / censored.

Fnatic shop has never let me down when it come to quality items. You can tell from the minute your items arrive that they only use the best materials. I’ve placed many orders for Jerseys, Hoodies, Joggers, and more and have always loved all of them. I would recommend their clothes and gaming peripherals to anyone.

Great products - listens to feedback
Great products, fast shipping, and they listen to customer feedback which is wonderful to see. This is a very enthusiast oriented company and they seem to be very passionate about what they do. As of 02/2022 I'd say these guys are trustworthy and I'd be happy to buy more of their products in the future.

5 star keeb
First time buying from Fnatic and overall happy with the experience and the product. Would recommend the streak65 to others for its build quality. Sound and typing is better than your average Corsair or gamer keyboard. Typing is reactive as promised. On board RGB management is nice and easy.
The usb plug on keyboard is ever so slightly loose, and at low intensity 2 of the RGB modes show half of the board with either slower colour change or different colour than the other half of the board. Very minor cons and still a 5 star product for me.
A shame that the newer LP model does not come with more ISO key sets.

Unlike the current STREAK65, the STREAK65 LP Black will not have region-specific modifiers as extras in the box. Initially, the available options would be only ISO and ANSI layouts with PBT keycaps. We have decided to go only with these two layouts for the time being, so we would suggest that you follow our social media to be in the loop if the changes happen at any point. 👊
Free shipping issue resolved
I found all stuff in the store really easily, I knew which sizes were available, how to determine my size.
I was trying to get my order to be over 100 euros so I can get free shipping, but shipping was still included so I opened up the terms and conditions and there was a list of all EU countries that have possibility to get free shipping and Croatia wasn't there, so I was sad but understood the problem.
I had no other problems and everything else went smoothly.

I love fnatic
I've been following Fnatic since 2014, became a real fan in 2016, and started to offer myself some products like their split and world jackets and jerseys every year, mouse, t-shirt, jogging, etc
All the year , every products of Fnatic has been a success, never been deceived once.
My only regret would be to never have been able to go to Berlin, at the lec studio, see my favorite team play, get an autograph of them as well as a picture, but overall, I'm pretty happy with all of what Fnatic has been offering us throughout the years and I still believe its gonna keep impress us in the future ( I'm sorry for my bad english, still learning :) )

Beyond satisfied
I have ordered a jersey, a mouse, and a mousepad from fnatic shop. Overall I am satisfied with the delivery time and the service provided. With covid being at large and most of the world being quarantined, it did take a while for my stuff to be delivered, but the customer service was superb and responsive. As far as the quality of the items I purchased, it’s been two years so far and everything is working as intended at highest level of performance.
