Such an unprofessional company, was waiting for them to come from 4-7 and they didn’t even bother to sms me that they not coming! Unreliable! Wasted my day

Bogdam, the service engineer, was thorough and did a great repair of our washing machine. Very satisfied to have got it repaired within less than 24 hours of it breaking down.

I thought that the engineer was very good and polite; they were incredibly quick with coming after calling but the pricing was not clear. They charged me £125 plus VAT for topping up a bit of gas to a fridge freezer, borrowed my hairdryer to defrost the freezer, but also charged me labour on top, which ended up costing £237.60. I was aware that I was going to be charged for parts extra to the labour, but he had the gas in the car, and there was no other parts needed. Of course, I didn't dispute at the time, but after he went, I realised that I was charged a lot for the gas. I thought that he had charged me for the call out charge as well by mistake, but he hadn't, but charged me £125 for the gas.
I would say you need to check out the prices before. unfortunately, you just want to get your fridge fixed when it is 38C outside, and you accept what they say without dispute. Also what are you going to say once he has said that it costs that much, you are forced to accept if you want it fixed. it wasn't until I checked with other companies that the usual charge for gas top up is around £60 - £120 including the labour. But otherwise the service was good.

I have a excellent experience with this refrigerator repair company. The technician was professional punctual and quickly identified the problem with my fridge.The repair was completed effectively and everything has been working perfectly si ce then. The pricing was fair and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional refrigerator repair service.

I would definitely NOT recommend this service company. From the outset, the customer service was very unprofessional and poor. They only reply by text message, often with one word responses.
The engineer did not fix the issue, and upon trying to follow up to discuss the process of next steps, the customer engagement person was rude and dismissive. It seems a unprofessionally organised service and i would avoid again.

I recently used this appliance company and unfortunately my experience was not positive.

From the outset, payment was required upfront, however there were repeated delays in arranging and completing the repair. Communication throughout the process felt inconsistent, and in my experience, progress was slow despite chasing.

I also found the interaction with the administrative staff to be unprofessional at times, which added to the frustration of trying to get the issue resolved.

In addition, I was asked for further payments prior to the repair being completed, which was unexpected and not clearly explained at the start.

Overall, the service did not meet expectations in terms of communication, timeliness, or professionalism, and I would advise others to be cautious with this company

Avoid this company; they will never return to repair your machine after you've paid everything. They don't answer the phone and keep delaying.The machine was leaking after they left , but they still have not come back to repair it after a few weeks. Avoid!

Edward arrived on time to inspect my washing machine and identified the problem straight away. He quickly ordered the required part and returned promptly to complete the repair with no time wasted. He clearly explained why the machine had stopped working, which I really appreciated. Edward was professional, friendly, and very pleasant throughout the whole process.
