My original review was really bad but once the boss Jamie saw it he made contact and gave me an immediate refund and couldnât have been nicer, he was polite and understanding. I reordered through b & q not realising it would still come from FNX bathrooms again but this time it was a different kettle of fish they arrived within 5 days and were well packed and once Jamie knew they had been reordered he kept an eye on my order and kept me informed all of the way. I saw this company supplied B&Q and items priced reasonably. Ordered 2 items from the website- 1 hadnt arrived. Immediately told them via email with photo evidence, they acknowledge receipt, but as soon as I ask for a refund of the items not received, no response. Eventually had a call from James who intervened and did his best to sort the situation out - great service from him in the end.
