Order cancelled after 5 days, no stock. Doubtful in 2023 they are that clueless about their stock. I'll bet what I wanted will be back on the website at full price in two days

Terrible experience . We have been waiting 6 weeks for delivery. Have called and messaged for more info , they are “ following up “ with the store but no resolution . No solution offered and not able to speak to anyone . Want to cancel the order but they trying to resolve !

Footlocker's treatment of consumers in times of need is utterly unacceptable. Despite the promise of a 10% discount upon signing up to their newsletter. the malfunctioning discount code during my purchase led to a prolonged and disappointing interaction with their customer service, notably Melissa. She said to me on repeat for weeks ‘sorry but there’s nothing we can do’ she also ADMITTED that Footlocker had issues with that discount code during the time I made my purchase! She admitted fault yet I am the one left paying the full amount due to Footlcokers inability to have a functioning discount code system. This is not my fault nor should I be charged an extra 10% by law surely this is not right? To admit fault and then not refund me for the malfunctioning discount code?

Melissa then suggested a new discount code, contigent on a $500 spend for a - drum roll - 10% discount, is this a joke?

This is a clear demonstration of disregard for customers.

Such behaviour is disheartening and falls far short of acceptable standards for customer service.

I will be posting bad reviews of this company on every platform because this type of behaviour from Melissa is disgraceful.

Worst customer service ever I’ve purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter’s birthday. I got sent the wrong ones. I’ve been on the phone for two hours trying to sort it out to speak to a manager. They do not want fix the problem or pass me onto a manager. it’s the worst possible, customer service I ever dealt with. Customer service team says I should be going around to the different shops trying to look for the product. When I’ve advised them that there’s none around and only available online. I don’t understand why they just cannot send me out a new pair and pick up the old. typical large company spends million on advertising but doesn’t worry looking after the customers they have, and fixing the problem which would be a much easier and cheaper way of keeping customers happy

Legit the worst retailer. My order is now taking 3 weeks to deliver where the website says standard 5-7 business days, no forms of communication was sent out to inform the delays. Customer service not helpful saying it's beyond their control. Super terrible experience don't buy from the shop unless you have a month to wait for your delivery.

I only received one of the three items I ordered. When I contacted to see where the other two were, I was asked to provide photo evidence of packaging, label and product received before anyone would look into the matter and I am still without two pairs of shoes and out of pocket. The next step is to take the matter to an external agency to investigate. This place is an absolute fraud, stole my money, terrible customer service. Appalling.

Footlocker is just a clusterf@ck in all honesty.

Have you ever tried to contact any of the stores directly? Good luck, none of them have answered over 40 phone calls.

If you then make the mistake of calling customer service, dont expect to any assistance. They will then refer you to call the stores directly, which you cant. They then refer you to go instore, which then leads to an hour wasted of your day, to only be told that they are not able to help you and you need to talk to customer service........................

Worst experience with footlocker. Purchased 2 shoes. One arrived dirty, the 2nd never arrived and i had to follow up multiple times to see where the shoe is at.

My item went missing and the only thing they offered was a refund. I purchased the shoe on sale and they had plenty of stock of the exact shoe and refused to give it to me on sale price. I escalated to a manager and she was very rude who refused to discuss the situation where all i wanted was the item on the sale price i purchased. Disgusting service.

Footlocker dandenong the staff are very rude and say bed words to me and I order my a shoes from footlocker dandenong I paid $99.95 but I didn’t get my order I went to the shop several time but they give me back just $89.95 they are not refund my full money and they are very rude to me I am very disappointed with their customer service rude to people and helping them I don’t recommend any one buy shoes from their shops.

Great customer service at the bondi store. The employee fitted me with Brooks shoes which has been the best shoe I've ever run in. Really nice staff and super helpful.

Even one star is too much to rate footlocker australia. Prior to my online purchase, i went to one of the shops in Adelaide. Sales person said I can order the shoes im after online as they don't have the size i need. He also said if for any reason i have to return it, i can always bring them to any footlocker store & "they'll look after me". Long story short, i ordered online,but had to return bcos shoes did not fit. Went to the shop to return, but now they're saying i have to post it back!! So frustrating. I posted the shoes back, it's been nearly 3 wks & they haven't refunded my payment. They said 5-10 days more after they recieve the item! What on earth@!!! This is by far the slowest return process I've encountered in any shopping I have done! I will never ever buy online nor in store to any Footlocker! Beware!

Nike 270 Purchased, a little over 3 months from purchase date, shoes started to get holes in the front toe area. As it was over 3 months I was told to send an email for review.
I was told this was wear and tear.
I have had a few pairs of 270’s all of which last a couple years (within my household) this will be my last purchase due to the lack of after sales service.

Their stock availability and order process is shocking! They take your money for a order and notify u within a week that they don’t have it in stock even though it’s on their website, and then take another week also to refund your money back! Used to always order from footlocker, after my bad experience twice in a row, I don’t trust to order anything from them anymore.

I ordered a pair of jordan 5 (GS) for my daughters christmas present. These arrived missing the laces clip on the left shoe. I called and spoke to 'customer service' who told me to return the shoes to my nearest store and order another pair online. I asked to speak to the online support supervisor and they replied there was no supervisor available. I was told I would get a call back from the manager witihn 24-48 hours. Next day a supervisor called and told me he would look into it and call me back. He sent me an email at 6pm rather than calling telling me my second order was cancelled. The second order (which was paid for) was cancelled due to insufficient stock. Customer care unable to tell me about available stock online or instore, all staff apologetic but unable to assist. Complete waste of time from start to finish.

The big Black Friday sale online .....Showed a particular Nike Airforce 1 shoe that my grandson chose as his chrissie present...I tried for 5 days to order these shoes which showed as being in stock until such times as I had to pay then "Out of stock"n size 10...Every time I went online to check it showed them in stock and then we would go through the whole rigmarole again. 8 days of no contact from me an email comes through showing the order form that I had filled out so they could now supply. I paid and 2 days later they will refund as they have no stock... Total waste of time stressed to the max and would never recommend them at all . My advice "RUN FORREST RUN".

I usually shop online, today I went in-store and purchased a Nike T Shirt. The instore team at Westfield's Penrith store was very helpful and what I like about footlocker staff they ask if you'd like a hand and just said I'm browsing and they leave to it fantastic clothes and shoes + accessories 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Placed my first online order with footlocker, easy to use website, lots of payment options and quick delivery, item arrived am next morning after ordering 👍

This company doesn’t care about their customers. I ordered sneakers for my son for school, they never turned up, leaving my son with no shoes for school. After contacting Footlocker so many times, Auspost informed me the package was “lost”. Footlocker let eventually said they’d refund me, that was 15 days ago. I keep emailing their customer service and getting the run around of “pleas allow four business days for the refund “ it’s been 15 days already!!!
They are literally stealing from a single mum and they don’t care at all. Do not order from footlocker, you will not receive your product and they will steal your hard earned money.

Ordered NIKE shoes on special for my daughter.
Wondered why there was no communication after a week regarding delivery. Checked account online and see that order was "returned". (how can it be returned if it was never received?) Contact offshore call centre to ask why. Was informed that order was cancelled due to not having stock. I would be refunded. At no stage after the original order conformation was I contacted to tell me that it was cancelled. I have now been refunded, but still no notification of this apart from my own contacts to customer service. Now all the similar shoes are no longer on special and 50%+ more in price. Waste of time. I thought Footlocker was a reputable store prior to this experience. I cant believe that they can cancel an order without notification. Such very poor customer service.

Customer service is non existent when ordering online. They will take your money, won't dispatch your order and then will not respond to any messages. I had to do a charge back through my bank too get a refund. Avoid this company.
