forbgolf.co.uk レビュー

I purchased a pop up golf net/cage last month and after ~15 uses fabric loop stitched into the outer net (that hold the tog for the inner net) has completely ripped away from the stitching rendering the whole thing entirely useless.

I am a beginner golfer, my swings are slow and therefore low impact in comparison to someone even slightly better than me. I bought this net to practice my technique into over the summer to save a small fortune on driving range balls at £10 a time in the hope I could get to a point to start playing with more confidence on a course.

The net lasted 4 weeks and approximately 15 uses before breaking, for a product in the region of £250+ (£275+ with delivery) this absolutely shocking.

Worse still I sent an email on Friday 5th to customer services and filled out the online form too and I’m yet to hear anything back. Customer service is abysmal and the quality of product is no better.

Do not waste your hard earned money on this poorly made and cheap product.

NO TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM ON WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUE

Order a net.
poles and nets missing
came in several shipments on different days even though one product ordered.
Very poor experience
wasting my time.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - THEY ALSO TRADE UNDER THE NAME NET WORLD SPORTS
As many other customers have indicated in the Net World Sports Trust Pilot reviews (there are plenty) this company takes you money and falsely suggests your order is on its way when it isn't. As for their customer care, well it is non-existent. At present they are using COVID as the reason why they are not able to answer customer enquiries/emails for 7-10 days, but even then don't expect a response because you won't get one. I am only glad I didn't place the large order I was considering. Instead I will find a company that cares about customers and doesn't use the pandemic to cover up its shambolic setup.

Have ordered 3 items from Forb two of which have arrived and appear to be of good quality. Some three weeks later I am still awaiting delivery or even a dispatch notification or order update for the 3rd item.

The company do not reposed to phone calls, emails or SM messages but will obviously take you money.

The company appear to be owned by Net World Sports whose reviews can be found on TP and should act as a warning.

You can purchase through Amazon and that MAY given you some protection. I purchased direct and don’t believe I’ll see what I ordered ever arrive

They don't answer phone line. They do not respond to emails. They do not deliver the products within their stated deadlines e.g. my order now two weeks late and also incomplete. Also trade as Networld Sports
