Absolutely thrilled with my shopping experience at this e-store! Emma was incredibly helpful when I needed a size exchange, which was handled promptly, professionally, and with clear updates throughout. Shipping was super fast, and the dress is absolutely stunning!
I was lucky to snag it on sale too. I’ll definitely be shopping here again! X

I recently ordered the Kyra dress (size Small) from Runway The Label via forluxesake, but unfortunately it was slightly too small. I emailed customer service explaining I needed a quick solution as I was going on holiday soon, and since I’m heading somewhere hot I thought I’d prefer to try the Medium for a more relaxed fit. Emma was fantastic — she gave me two clear options, and I chose to reorder the Medium and return the Small, which was the fastest way.

I sent the Small back on Saturday and by Monday I’d already received my refund! Emma even kindly let me reuse the 15% first-order discount on my second purchase since the first size didn’t work out.

Such efficient, friendly service — and no waiting around for weeks for refunds like with so many other companies. I’m really impressed and will definitely shop with forluxesake again!

I ordered a dress on preorder a few weeks back and didn’t realise i’d missed out on a discount code, i emailed and Emma honoured it straight away!
After an issue with the order from the supplier Emma emailed straight away and was super informative and helpful.
I also received an email after my order to check how it was.
These things make a massive difference to an online ordering experience and i am really pleased with everything from start to finish.
Will definitely reorder from here after such a positive experience

I ordered a dress in 2 sizes for my daughter. One was in stock (xs) the other I pre-ordered in (s). Ordering was so easy. The XS was delivered to me by Royal Mail the very next day! It was beautifully wrapped. The dress was stunning (Ibiza sand seashell dress), quality so good. But sadly, the xs was too big for my daughter. I immediately contacted Forluxe by e-mail with a response made almost immediately. After my brief explanation on the reason for my return I was provided with a returns label , Royal Mail again, and also with no hesitation , my pre-order was also cancelled. I got my refund on the pre-order cancel within 5 days. The return refund a couple of days after they received it back. The communication by email was made at each step.
I’m writing this because it’s always nerve wracking using new online boutiques. My experience with these ladies has been superb. Do not hesitate.

Emma, went out of her way to source me a dress that was a pre order, i needed it for my holiday, It came early and love it. The quality is amazing, the fit everything. This is the second dress ive bought, i had so many compliments when wearing it. @forluxesake is definitely my go to for something a little bit different, a head turner !
I will be buying a lot more.

The kiata Callista dress is beautiful! The detail is fab. It is stretchy, I’m a size 10-12 and got the Large but would have fit the M. Still beautiful on 💕

Ordering from for luxe sake was more like a personal shopping experience which i was so pleasantly suprised about. After easily preordering a dress, i received an email from Emma explaining that the dress i ordered runs a little large so she advised ordering an size smaller instead. I was unsure so ordered both but sure enough Emma was right. The dress was so stunning and the constant communication from Emma meant i could trust website and process completely. I couldn't recommend for luxe sake enough!

I originally pre-ordered a dress from for luxe sake and Emma was amazing at keeping me informed on when to expect my dress and when it was on its way! My dress was perfect and I loved it. Emma checked in to make sure I was happy with the experience and I would recommend for luxe sake to everyone!

Customer service is second to none. Emma went above and beyond to help me with an order I had had placed and gave me advice about sizing etc. She also kept in contact with me every step of the way. Couldn’t have had a better experience! Will 100% be shopping here again. 10 stars!!!

A really good experience from start to finish. Quick next day delivery.
Sadly I had to return something. It was very easy and dealt with very quickly with personal and very friendly email correspondence from start to finish. I wish all companies were like this. Excellent service.

LOVE LOVE LOVE . When I ordered initially my size was sold out but Emma was such an Angel and managed to ship my size out the next day for my holiday! The co ord was exactly like the picture , could not have been more impressed 😍😍😍

Great communication and unreal dress! Lots of communication throughout the whole process and can’t wait to order though the website again. The pre-order process was super smooth even though there was a wait I was updated about the time frame from Emma!

Trusted customer service experience. The clothes are from trusted brands and you can verify that they look like the pictures via other websites.

I returned a dress that was past the deadline to get a refund, but the customer service was really great, and I was given a gift card to use within a year.

The stock is very low, which is unfortunate because they used to have a wider selection. But overall trustworthy and responsive!

I ordered a dress on pre-order that I needed for my friends wedding in Portugal, the dress wasn’t in on time for my event but the customer service I received from Emma was 10/10. She communicated via email quickly & actually got me the sorted with the dress of my dreams to wear as a wedding guest abroad. I will definitely be ordering again & will recommend to all of my friends 💛💛

I was not happy with the quality of item I received so returned it well over two months ago.
I chose the buy now pay later option however, they are stating that they can’t find my return and have charged me the FULL amount for the item even though I do not have it!! So I am now out of pocket with no items to show for it.
I will never order from this site again. Bad service.

Item is poor quality. Also charged too much for postage. I paid for next day delivery and was charged more than it cost to send (I know this because it says on the Royal Mail postage sticker). Probably wouldn’t buy from here again.
